Wow! Quick service! We had a plumbing issue happen overnight that caused water damage when a pipe fitting failed. I called ITB early the next morning and they had a guy at my door first thing. He was very courteous and efficient. He had our water line repaired and back on by 9:30! Definitely recommend.

Josh could not have been more helpful. He took care of my plumbing problem quickly and also helped me figure out an electrical problem. Clearly an experienced professional.

I dont know how to rate it. The job is kind of good, even when you are left to clean everything your self. Fast, and responsible, but I wanted to change the sink faucet that was broken and he changed the one on the bathroom, that was never broken or requested to do so. 250$ for that and my kitchen sink still broken.
Resppnsible person, but for $1,700 not sure I got what I paid. Now I have wood all over, becuase material was overbought and now I need to pay to throw it away or give it away.
The patio doors where fix in an excellent manner, but the rest of the fence? Really bad job, that was the worst part. 2/10. I would do it myself.
In my opinion not bad, but overpaid, for the job.

i used another company for a slab leak in my house that the guy was at my home 40 minutes saying that leak was in the hall bathroom in the ground in the bedroom floor the plumber digs hole in the floor to find no pipe leak and a hole in my sons bedroom floor so i say to plumber i need call the guy back plumber says to me call Gary Bonar with Sonar Bonar that came with high tech equipment not just a air compressor to blow air through the pipes Gary,s crew was in my home 2 hours to map out the pipes with tape on the floor then listening device to detect the leak in the ground which was the exact spot where the leak was problem solved Gary Sonar Bonar is the best
