Well we had a rocky start because the assessment of damage was way more than I expected. I was on the phone with the tech so I did not have a chance to see what he was seeing. I ended up meeting with Jay. He re-assessed what we ended up needing. He was very professional and took his time to fix the leaks (multiple). My tenant was very pleased with his work and so was I. I’ve used Catons Plumbing and Drain for many plumbing issues over the years. I bought a house that was flipped and naturally it has come with serious issues. Bruce Jordon was my plumber this time for a plumbing leak and a new water heater. The plumbing leak came as no shock because the pipes were put on wrong and covered up. The leak could have been happening for years and finally it caused enough damage on my wall for me to notice . Bruce did an amazing job fixing the flippers mistakes, making sure everything was up to code, and more importantly making sure I understand what the issue was. He also did an amazing job cutting the drywall. I’ve had plumbers in the past that just knock a big hole to get to the leak and he cut a perfect rectangle. The water heater he came back to replace and that too was no easy task. He had to unhook my HVAC piping and squeeze through a tiny entrance to get to the 30+ yr old water heater. I’m very impressed with his work.

I would recommend Catons. They tend to be on the higher end of price, but you are getting good quality and great customer service.

We had our main line that connects to the county line break. Mister came out in a timely manner, fixed the problem in one day and remained professional throughout the service. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of work! 5 stars definitely.

James was right on it when I need a deep clog cleared outs He put in a new pipe for better access if there were to be another clog. He explained things clearly and took care of it in a timely manner. I used him a second time to fix a simple sink leak he was in and out same day.

Liana cleaned my main sewer drain line clog, pulled toilet, unclogged the line. He gave me a 6 month warranty, explained the issue. He was very friendly and informative. I will definitely call again.

Nyi from Roto Rooter (#2408) came to snake out a blocked main sewer line for me on Monday. The service I rec'd was top notch!! The response in customer support with setting up the appt., explaining things to me was excellent & Nyi was there within about an hour to work on the drain. He was professional, kind, knowledgeable and efficient to say the least !!This is not the first time I have used Roto Rooter and they have been way better than any Co I have tried before in every way, especially with response time, friendliness and very competitive pricing. Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
