Best Water Heater Repair in Baltimore MD

Was able to get my issue fixed but while the plumber was at my home he stated he saw other issues that was on WSSC, this company never contacted WSSC to let them know about these issues, which they are suppose to. Tried calling leaving countless voicemails, nobody's answering or calling back.

These are experienced, knowledgeable professionals, who have handled a wide variety of projects in our home for years. Not only the usual faucets, pipes and sewer issues... most recently the owner, Ty, installed a radiator in our front room. We can’t imagine going anywhere else!

We called with a clogged kitchen drain , Kevin took care of clogged drain quickly, no mess was professional, very friendly and then the next week we needed a main shut off valve and pressure reducing valve replaced. Jeff did the repairs, again professional, friendly, no mess. We would highly recommend Ace Plumbing !

Called for an appointment in the afternoon, the appointment was made for the next morning. The plumber showed up on time, fixed the problem, and the job was done. The price was very reasonable. Len the Plumber has done several jobs in this old house and I have always been happy with their work.

We had an emergency water issue and Catons was extremely responsive and helpful with the plumbing repair and subsequent water cleanup.
The plumber , Bruce was very thorough and communicated with us extremely well ( since we were not able to be onsite. We have used Catons in the past and we have always been pleased with the service they provide. Bruce is a please to deal with and we will be requesting him for future work. Tim helped us through the water mitigation process and the insurance red-tape which was a real plus... Thank you Catons!!!

Incredible service! Came for an emergency appointment and arrived early. Rob was wonderful- friendly, knowledgeable and worked very hard.

We had our main line that connects to the county line break. Mister came out in a timely manner, fixed the problem in one day and remained professional throughout the service. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of work! 5 stars definitely.

We had kitchen waste coming up in the basement utility sink. Daniel came, assessed the problem, and fixed it promptly. He also modified the kitchen drain pipe so it would be easier to access if cleaning the drain is needed again after a few years.

Russell was quick to respond/accessible, did high quality work & explained the nature of my plumbing problem. He also demonstrated how other companies attempted to over-charge/deceive me & offered a fair/competitive price. Highly recommended!

Plumber does not show up for appointments.

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
