I was referred to Electric Eel by a friend. I called 7:30 p.m. on a Friday and Dan (the owner,) answered. He offered me excellent advice which saved me hundreds of dollars. He was able to come to my home on Monday and service my system, as promised. He charged me a reasonable price. I DEFINITELY recommend this company to service your plumbing needs.

I’ve had to call on this business a number of times over many years. Other than prices I regard to be on the high side, they’ve never disappointed with the work or the service. Every problem they have resolved remains resolved. Plumbing must be perfect, and they have always gotten it right, in a friendly, responsive way.

Had to use their after hours service. answered my call fast and showed up faster than said time. Furnace quit working, had a few issues wrong, gave me my options for repair, didn't sell/force anything I did not need. Repaired furnace, answered all my questions. I hate calling this late for these repairs, much appreciated for the good work Ezekiel.

I can not say enough positive things Caton and my great Tech Bruce (#2171). I had been dealing with running hot water for 3 days. I called Caton and they were able to send Bruce out that day. They kept in contact with me so that I would know when he would arrive. He came in and accessed my problem. He was very honest about what he could do and the approximate cost. So in the beginning of the NorEastern that we just went thru, Bruce came to my home and stayed until the problem was fixed. He made sure he discussed the pricing with me again and was amazing. I told him not to worry about cleaning up and he just chuckled and cleaned and wiped down everything. Caton Plumbing and Bruce are definitely the Go To Team. Thank you Caton Plumbing. I had trouble getting many to return my calls but the staff there responded and serviced my needs right away. Once we picked a delivery date, they had my new water heater installed in about an hour. It was all much easier than I expected. Greatly appreciated.

I had these guys to my house about 2 yrs ago to reroute a kitchen drain pipe. Quite a large job but it turned out beautifully!! They worked efficiently, treated me fairly and did an all around great job. What a lifesaver for my house.

Yesterday, I had them back out to replace a large vanity in my bathroom and they did an excellent job, even after I had broken the drainpipe myself trying to do it on my own.

I definitely plan to hire them again for an issue in my shower. I also want them to do some work at my mom’s house. ...that’s how much I trust them!!

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
