Best Water Plumbing in Baltimore MD

Used Ron the Plumber to bump out outside hose faucet a few months ago which was quite pricey. Experienced a leak behind the siding with their piping and they wouldn't cover under warranty (before seeing what the problem was) and wanted to charge $65 just to diagnose the problem. Will not use again.

Ty is very professional and very honest. We had a hard time dealing with the first plumber that got assigned to us. After two weeks, the issue still existed. We decided to find a new plumber and found Ty online. We contacted him and explain the urgency of our plumbing issue between the sink & washing machine. In an hour, he came and outright find the issue and use the right tool to snake it & remove the clog. I highly recommend Ty to anyone who’s in need of professional plumber. I am deeply grateful for the kind of service we receive from him.

Had another first class job performed by Ace. Kevin arrived on time and as usual was very polite and respectful of our home. The upstairs radiators were stone cold and Kevin worked to diagnose the problem. He explained what was happening with our boiler and installed a new part. He was able to get all the radiators to operate better than they had in years. Joe came by a few days later to check on one of the ancient radiators and gave a helpful diagnosis of the situation. Thanks so much. We can check this heating problem off our list.

I called them came out right away, did an amazing job I have no drain pipe out of my house, also had another company come out 3 times told me I had to strip my basement floors and much more work up to at least 5000 electric ell .came did about 45 min of work for my problem less then 300 bucks thanks to my co worker recommending yall 10 stars hands down I guess I owe my co worker lunch and dinner

Great people to deal with & Reasonable.

We've had them out many times to do repairs but recently we had the faucet replaced (because the builder put it too close to the wall for us to do it). Excellent job. Great communication. Showed up when they said.The water heater they got us in for an estimate the next day then for the replacement the following day. The communication from everyone was clear and concise. The estimate and our options given as well as what was recommended.They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, and double checked everything before they left.Always happy and I really like Derrick. He's super nice, a great tech!

Just wanted to say that James and Jimmy were excellent! They were courteous, quiet and efficient and walked me through they did at the end. Our furnace room looks much better and more professional now as a result. I hope those guys are my technicians the next time I need plumbing work, too. Thanks

Caton’s has come through in a pinch several times. Candice and the water mitigation team were swift and effective in drying out water from a dramatic toilet break in my mother’s house. Zach recently replaced the broken toilet around our difficult schedule and worked with us on models and seats. Marvin drained a number of our pipes including the mainline in order to prevent the kind of backup we saw in 2021 in our basement which was a nightmare. Only wish we had found Caton’s years ago and turned to them earlier for their expertise. Would have saved significant grief and expense!

Rob was very knowledgeable about the issue I was having , was in and out of my house within 5 minutes. He was very nice and very professional and the company didn't charge me an arm and a leg.

Started job late in the day like 33opmTurn off water didn't give any notice came late the next day about 1030am didn't get any water until 2pm did the same thing about 2 months ago no notice no water for 2 days I know the job needed to be done could let people know so we can get water to use the bathroom very inconsiderate people

Wow is all I have to say after James Anderson replaced my old, dilapidated pipes with modern pipes! James is a Master Plumber and is very meticulous, thorough in his work but what i like most is Mr Anderson communicates with his clients/customer every step of the way!! He is very knowledgeable and an expert with his craft!! James will be my Go-To-Plumber from now on whenever I need help. I'm so glad that our paths have crossed.

Professional plumber, did a great job repairing and replacing sewage line in my home that was leaking. Khuma was friendly, respectful of my time and knowledgeable of what needed to be done. They also did the job quick so I highly recommend this awesome team.

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
