Best Water Heater Repair in Baltimore MD

Was able to get my issue fixed but while the plumber was at my home he stated he saw other issues that was on WSSC, this company never contacted WSSC to let them know about these issues, which they are suppose to. Tried calling leaving countless voicemails, nobody's answering or calling back.

Ty is a great family man who loves his craft. He offers fast service and quick fixes the way most proud owners that run a company would. There are many reputable plumbing companies in the Baltimore Area, but few run by Master Plumbers that are willing to get their own hands dirty. Great rates and fast service, what more can you ask for?

We had requested a scope to be done on a home. We are in the process of purchasing. My realtor explained that it was urgent or appointment start it off in the morning and then push to the afternoon and then continue to get pushed until later no one was able to give us our technicians number when we called The office they kept saying they were unable to get a hold of the technician that they can only send a text message. We are several times for the technician to call us because we had a timeline went to get the report back they were unresponsive up until almost 8 o’clock at night. We still did not hear if the technician even made it to the house not only did this company. Think we are going to sit around and wait all day for them but they failed to communicate at all. I would never recommend this company to anybody.

Mr. Liana has been great to work with. He is easy to schedule with and communicative. He is knowledgeable about what our options are. For instance, he recommended we do nothing for a small shower handle leak (I appreciate someone who recommends what’s best for us, rather than trying to push for a project we’re better off without). The work he has done for us has been prompt, fairly priced, and well done. Highly recommend!

The rep answered within a few rings, asked knowledgeable questions and dispatched a plumber quickly. We received an email confirmation right away, which was reassuring. Our plumber, Chal (employee ID 2157), was wonderful. He was very professional and kind, listening and responding to our concerns - even though we were freaking out a little (ok a lot) about the backed-up water! Chal did a thorough job, including cleanup. He was so respectful of our home, which is a rare thing. All for a fair price. We couldn't be happier!
