Moved into our home and within a week we had a backup overflowing into our main level bathroom. Ron was kind, professional, and responsive. He showed up when he said he would and charged exactly what he said he would when I spoke with him on the phone the day before. He quickly diagnosed and solved the problem. I would recommend Ron to anyone in the area!

Khai was fantastic. I had a drain pipe leak above my basement bathroom wall. Nasty job, Khai diagnosed and fixed the leak in a few short hours, explained everything. Handed me the split pipe I need for the adjuster. Good dude, ask for Khai #5748

Made an appointment. The appointment was confirmed. Then nobody showed up to perform the work and did not even call to follow-up. Not recommended.

Quick response, very helpful. Rich explained what he was doing and why, offered options for how the work (and potential future items that we need to handle) could be done and suggestions for how to bring down the cost.

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
