Best Water Heater Plumbing in Baltimore MD

Was able to get my issue fixed but while the plumber was at my home he stated he saw other issues that was on WSSC, this company never contacted WSSC to let them know about these issues, which they are suppose to. Tried calling leaving countless voicemails, nobody's answering or calling back.

Joe and his son were LIFE SAVERS! My husband and I returned from our holiday vacation to a bust pipe. We arrived home on Wednesday to find the pipe and Joe and his son were here the next morning. Changed the handle of toilet. Charged me $215.wrote an estimate to install a new faucet for $1189. Without guarantee not to break the vanity. Next day another plumber changed the same faucet charged me $150
all without any complications in half an hour.

Marty was on time and so nice. He let me know exactly what was wrong and repaired it He then checked the main sewer line and checked the water pressure and levels on my water. He even gave plenty of loving to my dogs. awesome guy!

When my water heater died these guys saved the day. They showed up the next day with a brand new heater and installed quickly in a difficult space with no issue, and also found an additional leak in a water line going to the heater. Vince answered every time I called. He maintaned great communication with me at all times. Sonny & Mark came in the door , dignoed the problem, remoeved the old toilet with little mess, installed the new toilet, tested it out, and cleaned up their mess. They were able to come with little notice, and they gave a price on the spot or before hand. No henning and hawing. Their prices won't give you a heart attack.

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
