Ron has worked on many issues on our old home and new home. We were very impressed by his skills with our shower and faucets. Ron is a great communicator and has reasonable prices. We trust Ron to do all of our plumbing. Highly recommend!

Tye was wonderful, he identified the problem and it was fixed immediately! He was kind and trustworthy! He even found a necklace that I had lost!!! He will always be my first call for plumbing problems!

I can't say enough about Ace Plumbing. I woke up to water in my basement from a broken water heater. I frantically called around to get quotes and was fortunate enough to find Ace Plumbing. Joe was very kind and gave a very reasonable pricing. On the day of installation, two plumbers arrived. Kevin and Jeff were extremely professional, friendly and their quality of work was excellent. This explains why Ace Plumbing is consistently rated with 5 STARS. I would not hesitate to call this company again. You will not be disappointed. Thank you so much!

A great experience working with Saadya and Neil. They were very respectful of my families pandemic protocols and readily agreed to take the extra precautions we requested of them.

They took care in explaining what was wrong and how they were going about fixing the problem and gave some tips to avoid it in the future. They left a clean work space and were careful about making sure the mess was contained during their time in our home.

We will definitely call them again when we need another fix!

Great people to deal with & Reasonable.

We've had them out many times to do repairs but recently we had the faucet replaced (because the builder put it too close to the wall for us to do it). Excellent job. Great communication. Showed up when they said.The water heater they got us in for an estimate the next day then for the replacement the following day. The communication from everyone was clear and concise. The estimate and our options given as well as what was recommended.They did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, and double checked everything before they left.Always happy and I really like Derrick. He's super nice, a great tech!

Just wanted to say that James and Jimmy were excellent! They were courteous, quiet and efficient and walked me through they did at the end. Our furnace room looks much better and more professional now as a result. I hope those guys are my technicians the next time I need plumbing work, too. Thanks

Very quick response. Dave was here within an hour of our early morning phone call. He explained everything he was doing and what caused the sewerage backup. He also contacted Restoration for us. We were not aware of that service. They also have been most helpful.

Our water heater went out at 430 PM and they were able to replace it same day. Responsive, professional, they fixed us right up and answered all our questions. Definitely use them if you have a water heater issue.

My drainline started backing up the day we were hosting people from out of town, and in a panic, called Stephen J. Tant Plumbing. In a matter of a few hours, Brandon was at my house to resolve my issue. It ended up being a clog due our overuse of the garbage disposal combined with an illegal pipe fitting that the previous owners of my house put in. Brandon was patient, friendly, professional, and didn't take any shortcuts in making sure my issue was resolved. He even took out some egg shells that were sitting in our garbage disposal for us, just trying to save [us] some trouble. He could have price gouged me since I was at his mercy, but his price was fair considering his time and labor, let alone the day-of service.

Happy to count myself as a new dedicated customer. I'll be going back to Stephen J. Tant Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

We had our main line that connects to the county line break. Mister came out in a timely manner, fixed the problem in one day and remained professional throughout the service. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of work! 5 stars definitely.

On this frigid day he went out of his way to come by our house and inspect the leaking faucet at the front of our home. He was working on a friend's home and fit us into his schedule without a single complaint. After his inspection he was able to find a simple solution to the issue that saved us a significant amount of money.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Consider yourself lucky if this Guy is a no show. Unfortunately for me, he showed up. And the work was NOT done correctly. I had to call a professional plumbing service one month later to redo everything. NOTE: HE IS NOT A LICENSED PLUMBER. That is everything you need to know right there.

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
