Couldn't be happier that I hear these guys on the radio all day and tried them out, my a/c cut off around 10:30pm on 7/20/2017, they had a tech to me by 1:30am, His name was Daniel C. and he was EXTREMELY professional and a pleasure to deal with as was the dispatch lady who took my call, He explained everything he was doing and allowed for me to pepper him with questions about my system while in the past others just wanted me to leave them alone (I want to know as much as possible about my system), when they say they come stocked for any job that is no exaggeration this guy had it all, he took his time and made sure everything was good to go before leaving the job, 5 stars is no justice to the service I received! Thank you guys and should I need service in the future you are my first call - Update: I had to have a call back but wasn't really something that was there fault but more of an unforeseen issue, they came back out and fixed at no cost of course and things once again are working wonderfully

He was so easy to work with, he communicated with us, and he did the job we hired him to do in a very timely and professional manner. We will use them again and will recommend them to others.

I had a clogged toilet and clogged shower drain. Cost me around 1000 dollars to fix both. Technician said I received a discount which brought my bill to 700. Technician I know who was unfortunately busy yesterday ( I was desperate just to get the issues fixed ) said he could perform both for around 350. Do not use this company. They are a rip off. Just to unclog your shower drain alone is 689 dollars. I have no complaints about the technician... But whoever is determining these prices in corporate needs a reality check. My technician finished everything with very minimal effort in about 30 min. I watched the whole thing. Steer clear of this company. High way robbery

The service is excellent!! I have had WES plumbing on multiple occasions and have always been pleased with their work and the plumbers that come to the house. Highly recommend them.
