These are experienced, knowledgeable professionals, who have handled a wide variety of projects in our home for years. Not only the usual faucets, pipes and sewer issues... most recently the owner, Ty, installed a radiator in our front room. We can’t imagine going anywhere else!

I called the owner about our water heater leaking after hours. He came over within 15-20 min of the phone call. He came out to access the situation and put in an order for a new appliance first thing the next morning. The following day we were having a hot water heater installed! His prices were siginificalty better compared to the corporate company that we have a policy with for hvac maintenance ( even with the policy discount).

I’ve had to call on this business a number of times over many years. Other than prices I regard to be on the high side, they’ve never disappointed with the work or the service. Every problem they have resolved remains resolved. Plumbing must be perfect, and they have always gotten it right, in a friendly, responsive way.

I've used them a few times before. We have an ongoing plumbing problem. Our first tech, whom was awesome! I didn't catch his name. But young guy, Caucasian, blond hair, had a ponytail. We explained our ongoing issue, for almost 2yrs now. He offered to get us a camera put down out line, the same day, at no charge! We we're ecstatic! Our camera tech, ugh, whom I didn't catch his name either, he was superb as well, they both were at explaining because believe me i was asking questions. But overall I thank you for your work as.a person and company. I also got a membership! Thank yiu again for you outstanding, above and beyond customer service. May God bless you. Last night, by tub was filling up with quite a bit of water during a shower. I tried to fix the problem myself, but could not. I called Catons and they were very easy to schedule an appointment with the next day. The gentleman who came out to assist me, Bruce, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He solved my problem very quickly and was very helpful. Great service!

We worked with Rich for a toilet repair and sink stopper repair. Rich and his apprentice showed up on time and were very considerate by offering to take off wet boots on a rainy day. They both provided a swift and accurate estimate for the work during consultation, and provided quality service. Rich took pictures and thoroughly explained everything they did to make sure I was satisfied. We didn’t get other estimates, but pricing seemed fair for what needed to be done. Very easy to work with and I would definitely recommend.

We had our main line that connects to the county line break. Mister came out in a timely manner, fixed the problem in one day and remained professional throughout the service. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of work! 5 stars definitely.

Called at 430 pm on a Friday evening and was able come out within a hour. I had a back up that was an ugly situation. Fast response and completed the job so that we were able to use the toliet.
He was honest and being that to me...it was an emergency the fee was fair.
I would recommend this company. I would definitely use them again.

David at BF Plumbing did an excellent job and helped us to get our drains cleared. He provided good advice for maintaining clear drains.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Consider yourself lucky if this Guy is a no show. Unfortunately for me, he showed up. And the work was NOT done correctly. I had to call a professional plumbing service one month later to redo everything. NOTE: HE IS NOT A LICENSED PLUMBER. That is everything you need to know right there.

I was charged 175.00 for, changing out two washers on two faucets and pulling out a plug in the disposal. This took maybe 20 minutes. All the reviews I read they were reasonable! How is this reasonable? Jason the owner didn’t even do the work. Mike, was super nice and showed me how to change the washers the next time I need to change it myself. Mike deserve 5 stars for teaching me. I will not refer this company, because if you are a female, Jason will rip you off. I will make sure this will be on all my social media.
