A great experience working with Saadya and Neil. They were very respectful of my families pandemic protocols and readily agreed to take the extra precautions we requested of them.

They took care in explaining what was wrong and how they were going about fixing the problem and gave some tips to avoid it in the future. They left a clean work space and were careful about making sure the mess was contained during their time in our home.

Evan & crew were great! Super polite, observed COVID protocols, which we really appreciated with a toddler in the house.

We had our main line that connects to the county line break. Mister came out in a timely manner, fixed the problem in one day and remained professional throughout the service. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of work! 5 stars definitely.

I requested plumbing services on 1/12/19 due to my guest bathroom's faucet leaking. Technican - Christopher Rose was early, provided excellent care and was done in an hour and cleaned up all mess from the job. He provided excellent upfront pricing and provided additonal information about addtional servcies if I so desired to have completed. Five Stars again.I requested plumbing services 2/10/18 due to the fact that I had no water accessiblity via my utility tub in my basement. This was due to my faucet breaking and I also had an additional issue with my kitchen sink. My kitchen sink's garbage disposal was leaking. The plumber completed two replacements one for my utility tub faucet and garbage disposal.I was scheduled for 2/24/18 and received service that day timely and professionally. The plumber Dal- #2570 was so helpful and patient. He answered all my questions and showed me how to do prevent maintanance. The total time that both jobs was completed 2.5 hours which was clean and to the point. I am so happy I chose Roto-Rooter.

I was charged 175.00 for, changing out two washers on two faucets and pulling out a plug in the disposal. This took maybe 20 minutes. All the reviews I read they were reasonable! How is this reasonable? Jason the owner didn’t even do the work. Mike, was super nice and showed me how to change the washers the next time I need to change it myself. Mike deserve 5 stars for teaching me. I will not refer this company, because if you are a female, Jason will rip you off. I will make sure this will be on all my social media.
