Thanks for nothing. I had a pipe break forcing me to turn the water off in the house. I called Ty in the morning, he seemed knowledgeable and agreed to come over to fix everything between 2 and 3pm. By 4 pm Ty was still not here and had not called. I called and left him a message. By 4:50 I still had not heard from Ty. I began to worry as it was getting late in the day so I called and left another message. By 5:30 I still had not heard from Ty so I called and left my third and final message. By 6pm my phone rang. It was Ty! He hung up as soon as I answered my phone. I called him back to only get the ignore button. It is now 11am the next day. I still have not heard from Ty. I have had to contact a different plumbing company , and take an additional day off work to deal with a problem that should have been taken care of yesterday. If you could not take the job Ty you should have the professional courtesy to tell people. You have cost me time, money, and an additional 24 hours without running water. Extremely unprofessional. I wish I could give you less than 1 star. Thanks for nothing.

The technician, Louis, has come to my home several times over the years and is very, very knowledgeable and personable. A great asset to this company!!

A friend recommended this company to me and I used them once before and it was fine. This time I scheduled an appointment and the day and time came and went with no one showing up. I called and was told to send a text message only for that to go unreturned. I understand that things happen and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled, but it would have been nice if someone treated me like a human being and let me know something instead of leaving me waiting for hours.

Nick was excellent. Even though it was a minor repair, he was efficient and very fair. I will continue to use Nick's Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

We had a hot water heater replaced with this company. Great communication and was out to replace the hot water heater once the material was available. Very professional and informative. Highly recommend!

Bryan was out to our house this past Tuesday, 12/08/2020. He was punctual, professional, and personable. He was able to clear our VERY clogged kitchen sink drain, all while maintaining social distancing with not only myself, but my two young children. If I use Stilwell again in the future (I only phrase it this way because I hope to avoid any and all future plumbing issues), I will definitely be asking for Bryan!

If I could give them no stars I would. I called ever hour for 8 hours on their emergency answering service line and got updates 6 times that they would be coming for my emergency
That night. At 2am the service said the man on call was in sykesville md and that he couldn’t come until 8am. No update hours and hours later and then when I called at 7am and their answering picked up again they said he was ON HIS WAY IN to the office and I would be the first one he would call. I called again hours later and was told no one could help me because I didn’t BUY my hot water heater from them or else they would have made an acception. Meaning, they would help someone who gave them previous business but not someone willing to pay an arm and a leg for EMERGENCY flooding in their basement for 12 hours. I could have made other arrangements hours and hours prior and was literally told that I was lying about what the answering service told me by the rude man who was not even willing to help me at all. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! My husband works local radio and I will have him tell the same story to make sure everyone knows who couldn’t read this. Completely shocked that they couldn’t hear my situation and understand they needed to help someone in need with an emergency.

I called Landon, after calling several plumbers, and no one would even try to help. Landon stayed on the phone with me walking through with me until the problem was resolved. He was fantastic, kind, patient and very professional. Thank you so much

Personally had my plumbing worked on by the owner, haven't had a problem since. I feel that these guys don't get enough credit and they have always been on standby for me if I ever had a problem or question. Thank You for the dedication and hard work.

After my initial phone call, Mike was able to schedule someone to come out within one hour to help us with an almost totally clogged kitchen drain that was well out the distance that my 50 ft snake could reach. They also replaced a toilet part that was causing an unusual sound. The plumber (technician) that showed up was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The total time to complete the job from the time that I called was less than 2 hours. Super impressive !!!
