I’ve used Metcalf plumbing twice within the last year and truly can not speak highly enough of them. Both times I called, I had a technician to my house within an hour of calling. Christopher helped replace my leaking shower faucet . Today Adam replaced my cracked and leaking garbage disposal. Both Christopher and Adam took their time to explain everything they were doing, show me the problem and explain different options I had for the repair. I can not say enough good things about this company. I’ve already told several friends and family members about Metcalf. Although I hope I won’t have to use your services often, I know exactly who I need to call for my plumbing needs!

This company is fantastic. From their office staff being being friendly and always available to answer questions/find availability immediately, to their incredible field staff who are prompt, communicative, respectful, and ultra professional, we could not be more happy with their work.We unfortunately had two floods in three months in a new house we bought, and Prime Plumbing has been an integral part of diagnosing and fixing the problems. Their field staff takes time to walk through their findings and communicate exactly what is happening through pictures, video, and the actual piece of hardware. They go out of their way to check anything else and write out clearly what their diagnosis and next steps should be. I was never questioning or having an issue explaining what was going on. They have amazing availability and exactly what you need from a company. So thankful we found them and their incredible staff! 10/10 recommend.

My company uses them as our primary plumbers. If you get a morning appointment your golden. If you get an afternoon chances are they will be late. With that said its worth the wait. They get it right every time and are quick with the repairs. I would definitely use them on my personal home if ever needed.

after calling several people to replace the water line on our townhouse Frank was the only one who had both, a reasonable price and a sense of professionalism/know how. he worked with us from NY to get the job done on a timeline that worked for us(not an easy task) he was patient, he was professional and most importantly he did quality work at a fair price
