Kevin installed the gas line for the stove (prior elec) and did the kitchen plumbing. - We were impressed with the work done and asked him back to replace an aging drain and sewer line. Really great service addressing a kitchen sink/branch line clog. Nick was very friendly and he addressed the cost up front. While not cheap, the service was very good and thorough and I trust we will not have more issues any time soon. He even came back to address a problem with the air vent for the dishwasher which resulted from my error in putting it back together, not his. Thanks.

Vince answered every time I called. He maintaned great communication with me at all times. Sonny & Mark came in the door , dignoed the problem, remoeved the old toilet with little mess, installed the new toilet, tested it out, and cleaned up their mess. They were able to come with little notice, and they gave a price on the spot or before hand. No henning and hawing. Their prices won't give you a heart attack.

My Service Tech was wonderful! He took the time to show me as well as explain what was going on with my drain. He answered all my questions & I did ask him a lot. Needless to say....he was very patient & respectful.

Van Plumbing is great; I used his company a couple of times; I have some properties with frozen, broken water lines and burse old sewer pipes; Van completed the jobs without problem with a fair price. Good quality new copper pipes used for the water lines. He worked Saturday and Sunday to finish all the tasks. Van installed a half bath plumbing at a reasonable price. The Van staff also fixed the gas line leaks, changed out steel gas pipes, and pulled the Baltimore gas permit with a fair price. Excellent effort, way to go.

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
