David Sizemore was the serviceman & he could not have been more professional, polite, and knew his job. He did a great job, explained my options and asked if I had any questions. water heater replacement. contacted on 06/19/2023 and had an appointment on 06/20/2023. Lincoln arrived in the morning and was able to remove and replace the water heater with the same type in a timely manner with no mess. superb job.

The gentleman was very considerate and shared the results of the sewage pipe and why we have had problems for almost a year. He also cleaned for me since I had surgery and could not clean yet.

We had requested a scope to be done on a home. We are in the process of purchasing. My realtor explained that it was urgent or appointment start it off in the morning and then push to the afternoon and then continue to get pushed until later no one was able to give us our technicians number when we called The office they kept saying they were unable to get a hold of the technician that they can only send a text message. We are several times for the technician to call us because we had a timeline went to get the report back they were unresponsive up until almost 8 o’clock at night. We still did not hear if the technician even made it to the house not only did this company. Think we are going to sit around and wait all day for them but they failed to communicate at all. I would never recommend this company to anybody.

Dama (1503) and Tyrone (5421) did a magnificent job repairing our leak that forced us to turn water off to the whole house. We’d been without water for 2 days by the time we reached out to roto-rooter and it took them no time at all to diagnose our issue, explain their plan of attack, and get to work. They also helped install shut off valves for our shower to help us avoid having to turn water off to the whole house in the future. Can’t recommend Dama and Tyrone highly enough for their efficiency, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond to help their customer. Thanks again guys!! Any one else who works with these two can rest assured they have quality technicians taking care of them.

Van came out late on a weeknight to fix a toilet shut off valve leak and was over in only a few minutes. He did a great job fixing it, so no more water leaking!

Highly recommend. Justin showed up shortly after I called. He was very familiar with the issue (broken flex tube behind stove) and installed a new valve as well. He double checked all the work to make sure there was no leak, and then afterwards he checked the rest of the pipes to verify that it was all sound. He left the space clean and was very careful not to make any mess or accidentally scratch anything. Justin was very friendly, polite and professional and made sure to use his time as efficiently as possible. He did a great job and I will call him again anytime I need work done.

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
