This is the second time I've had to call Catons within the past year and the tech Dave Whittington was top notch.He was responsive and patient as well as answering all my wife and I questions. I would definitely use Catons again for any future plumbing issues that we have. Although they aren't cheap but as we've learned as homeowners, you get what you pay for. Thumbs up to Dave. Excellent tech and top notch plumber.

My wife and I had been without hot water for several days. We made the call to Catons and the response was almost instant. Zach, the tech who responded, addressed our concerns and offered us several cost effective solutions. He advised us on the best course of action and immediately went to work. He was fast and efficient. The work was clean and professional. I feel so much better now that the hot water heater is, new, installed, and up to code. Kudos to Catons and Zach.P.S.
