My experience with Roto-Rooter was very pleasant. The plumbers were very helpful and explained everything to me step by step and in language that I understood. I highly recommend them for any type of job whether small for unplugging a drain or fixing a sewer line. Thanks Roto-Rooter.

I had a main line back up and the county couldn't get it we called Johnny Rooter and they were here there equipment was better than what the county had. Johnny Rooter snaked my drain over a hundred foot got the blockage. Shawn the teck that came to the house with the snake was amazing he was so polite and respectful and a lot of fun to talk with while he worked. If I ever have any problems with my plumbing in the future I will only be calling Johnny Rooter They are also great on their prices. Thank You Johnny Rooter you and your team are the best.

After discovering that our hot water heater burst over a holiday weekend, we were desperate to get the water stopped so the damage didn’t continue. Roto-rooter was incredibly responsive and had someone out to us in 2 hours. He followed social distancing and wore a mask, gloves and shoe coverings. Technician #5130 was incredibly thorough, patiently explaining our options, and very understanding about our needs. The next day - a holiday - he and technician #4386 came out and spent HOURS making sure that we not only got an incredible new water heater (the brand we specifically asked for) but also that the area was cleaned up, mold free, and used proper plumbing. Their technical work was exceptional as was their customer service. We could not have asked for a better team supporting us and solving our problem!

We had a leak in both valves of our kitchen sink late on Saturday night. Our plumber, DAL 2570, arrived on time and resolved the problem within an hour afterwards. He was friendly and professional throughout, and the final price was reasonable for a weekend evening emergency call. We are very satisfied.

Fantastic service! Our waterheater went out on a Saturday and they responded immediately. Robbie Whitley did a great job replacing the water heater, hooking up all lines, and explaining the work. Very fast and efficient. I highly recommend this company, and especially Robbie!
