Best Repair in Baltimore MD

Was able to get my issue fixed but while the plumber was at my home he stated he saw other issues that was on WSSC, this company never contacted WSSC to let them know about these issues, which they are suppose to. Tried calling leaving countless voicemails, nobody's answering or calling back.

Very prompt. We had to have an additional faucet installed and it was done very neatly and it works perfectly. We plan to use Ty for an upcoming bathroom project also. Great job!.

Job #2 - Bathroom Remodel
Quickly responded and coordinated with our Contractor on all shower plumbing and replacement of cast iron pipes to PVC in our Bathroom. Ty's workmanship was very neat and we will definitely contact him for future plumbing needs and we have already recommended Ty to friends.

Joe has been doing work for me since 2010, he is an excellent plumber. His work is always impeccable. He is honest, fair and hard working. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I called the owner about our water heater leaking after hours. He came over within 15-20 min of the phone call. He came out to access the situation and put in an order for a new appliance first thing the next morning. The following day we were having a hot water heater installed! His prices were siginificalty better compared to the corporate company that we have a policy with for hvac maintenance ( even with the policy discount).

I called them came out right away, did an amazing job I have no drain pipe out of my house, also had another company come out 3 times told me I had to strip my basement floors and much more work up to at least 5000 electric ell .came did about 45 min of work for my problem less then 300 bucks thanks to my co worker recommending yall 10 stars hands down I guess I owe my co worker lunch and dinner

Dale was truly awesome! He came in found the issue and was very professional. This is the second time I’ve had to call Ken the plumber and the service is class A!!!! To say that Dale was Awesome would be an understatement!!!

This guys are phenomenal! Water heater failed catastrophically. They were over within hours after we called them, when everyone else wasn't available for DAYS. In and out within 3 hours exactly as predicted. Straight up pricing as predicted by their website - actually I think they came in a little under their website. Fast, Responsible, Professional, and EASY. Which is everything you want when your water heater catastrophically fails. They even checked on us a frw days later - incredibly kind. We WILL USE AGAIN.

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
