He showed up when he said he would and charged exactly what he said he would when I spoke with him on the phone the day before. He quickly diagnosed and solved the problem. I would recommend Ron to anyone in the area!

I had these guys to my house about 2 yrs ago to reroute a kitchen drain pipe. Quite a large job but it turned out beautifully!! They worked efficiently, treated me fairly and did an all around great job. What a lifesaver for my house.

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
