Returned home after working a 12 hour shift to find 🌊 seeping under my garage door. Called for a replacement sump pump on Monday morning and got an appointment for Wednesday. But Spiro called back Monday afternoon and said they’d finished a job early - would I like them to come by today? In short, they replaced the sump pump that day and I couldn’t be happier. I will be calling Empire for any further plumbing needs. 👏👏

Mr. Stefanski and his team was excellent. I was assigned to Mr. Ray by my insurance company after another company could not come out and look at my main sewer line that was clogged. Mr. Ray came out ask some questions left and sent Mr. Bobby the next day who worked to get so many roots out of my line to allow me to flush the toilet and take a bath. Mr. Bobby was very professional and a master at his work. Mr. Stefanski got the approval to have my main line replaced and had a team out a few days later and these men dug my ground up, replaced the line, covered the ground back ip and was done in a few hours while being professional the entire time. I was traveling and my son called me regarding the toilet being clogged. He called Roto-Rooter and the technician called me. He at first thought our septic tank was full. I explained that it was emptied recently so that was not possible. He said he still thought it was full but then said he would snake the line and quoted me a price of over $700 (I think $749). I expressed surprise at that price as in my experience snaking usually costs about/maybe $200. He replied that maybe local plumbers charge that but that big companies like Roto-Rooter charge a lot more and that if he didn't snake anything he would charge me his hourly rate of $375. I asked if the pump in the basement was the issue but he said that was working fine (I had replaced the pump a year ago). He then suggested he should cut a pipe behind the toilet and he could snake that. I asked him to not cut any pipes, not do any further work, and to leave my home. I called another plumber who came out, immediately realized the pump wasn't working properly, and replaced/fixed it.
