Best Installation in Baltimore MD

Used Ron the Plumber to bump out outside hose faucet a few months ago which was quite pricey. Experienced a leak behind the siding with their piping and they wouldn't cover under warranty (before seeing what the problem was) and wanted to charge $65 just to diagnose the problem. Will not use again.

Ty has done a few jobs for me in recent years, and I would not call anyone else for plumbing needs. He is an expert in his field, and I can trust him to do a wonderful job. He always tries to save you money, and gives you a good price. He has a wonderful, kind personality, which puts you at ease and make the experience very pleasant and stress-free. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

I wanted to share my 5+ STAR experience with Ace Plumbing. I am new to the area, so reached out to a local building company to obtain a recommendation for a plumber. Ace Plumbing was highly recommended so I reached out to Joe to inquire about exchanging my kitchen sink and faucet. He was very responsive and professional. Kevin came out to confirm the estimate and finalize measurements, and we proceeded with the work as scheduled. Kevin was very respectful of social distancing and masking during the pandemic. The work far exceeded my expectations - Kevin was courteous, prompt, attentive to detail and efficient. I was given an estimate and was kept informed during the process. Kevin did a meticulous job cleaning up after the install. I will definitely use Ace Plumbing for any future plumbing needs. Thank you Joe and Kevin!

Great service and affordable.

I called them came out right away, did an amazing job I have no drain pipe out of my house, also had another company come out 3 times told me I had to strip my basement floors and much more work up to at least 5000 electric ell .came did about 45 min of work for my problem less then 300 bucks thanks to my co worker recommending yall 10 stars hands down I guess I owe my co worker lunch and dinner

Houston Frey and Len the Plumber were great as always, honest, up front, professional and went the extra steps to make sure we were all taken care of when our water heater suddenly leaked and needed replacement just days before a wedding was being held on our residence. After getting over my head with a DIY plumbing project, I needed help. So, I called Catons Plumbing in the late afternoon and had the pleasure of meeting Lal (#2765). He came right over late in the evening and immediately got to work. He was professional, courteous, and respectful of our project needs. Glad I made the call and Lal from Catons plumbing answered. I’d absolutely call again!

Our water heater went out at 430 PM and they were able to replace it same day. Responsive, professional, they fixed us right up and answered all our questions. Definitely use them if you have a water heater issue.

We used Stephen J. Tant Plumbing LLC for both their plumbing and HVAC services, and I haven't had a more pleasant experience anywhere else. Shane came out quickly (which we needed) and he communicated every step of the way, which is huge for me. Yes I was given a window for the appointment, but was contacted to let me know he could arrive early, when he was on his way, and I asked him to contact me when he was at my door since I can't hear the doorbell from my basement (where my office is). He was knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything thoroughly (and I ask a lot of questions), made sure I was good with the work he was performing every step of the way. Then when my air conditioning stopped working in the heat wave, I was so glad that I could call them to get my issue resolved quickly and effectively. Not only was the work completed quickly and well, but everyone was soooo nice!! WE are grateful for this company, and Shane, and I have no doubt you'll feel the same way :-)

Vince answered every time I called. He maintaned great communication with me at all times. Sonny & Mark came in the door , dignoed the problem, remoeved the old toilet with little mess, installed the new toilet, tested it out, and cleaned up their mess. They were able to come with little notice, and they gave a price on the spot or before hand. No henning and hawing. Their prices won't give you a heart attack.

James is amazing! The work he did on my house to ensure not only piece of mind, but fixing the problem immediately was incredible. He takes the time to do the job correctly without cutting corners and has an understanding of his clients’ budget. Highly recommend James to anyone!

Mr. Liana performed several services. His price was reasonable for the work he did. He came on time. I'd recommend him highly.

Very friendly and quick to respond. Explained what the issue was, how he would fix it and how to prevent it from happening again. Was very knowledgeable and took time to really show me what the problem was. I will definitely call him again for any future repairs.
