I got an estimate from Dave on pipe replacement. He was prompt, professional, very nice and thorough. I have not made the decision to use this company but the estimate experience was great.

I am very happy with Antonio. He cleaned my dryer ventilation system, answered all my questions, and even laughed at my stupid jokes. He realigned my washer and dryer before he left. It no longer makes a horrid clanging noise when the washer is in its spin cycle. I give him 4 1/2 thumbs up.Michael & Sons has continually given my above average to excellent service. I cannot say enough about this entire team, from the plumbers on site to the front office staff. We had an urgent, knees-to-chest-hustle, situation due to a move in date and an issue with the gas service, and T&D rose to the occasion like no other company we've ever experienced. In the early days of attempting to navigate what needed to be done to get it straightened out, I can't say I wasn't a wreck, nearly in tears, but they have quickly, and efficiently, handled the problem from start to finish. We are not a handy household, and have had 0 experiences with permitting, city inspectors, or service restoration, and T&D was a literal god send reconciling the entire process. I would give them 10 stars if it was an option. Shout out to Steve Sharp for his very patient & knowledgeable assistance, as well as Lexi & Jeannie in the office for all the communication & kindness. If we have an opportunity to use them again, we certainly will.

Frank and Sam arrived on time, listened, and explained everything well. They used a camera in my line and a metal detector to determine where my external sewer line was, and dug to unearth a clean-out that had been long buried under dirt and I had no idea I had. I could not have been happier with their expertise and determination in helping me with my problem, and I will use them for all my future business. No complaints, just gratitude, for them coming out and helping me so much in my backyard on a cold January morning.
