Best Heating And Cooling System in Baltimore MD

This morning, Joshua from the Bel Air office came to our newly purchased condo for what we thought was a ice/water line issue. Turned out to be a problem with the refrigerator. Which he was helpful to locate the problem, he did not charge us for his call. He was very nice and professional. Will let my friends know what a good experience that was for any future issue we encounter. Thanks Michael & Sons for thinking of the customer!!!

Kevaughn was truly wonderful. Whenever I have a call like this, I expect the worst and to be upsold on everything, even those things that are not needed. Kevaughn came in, told me the problem, how to solve it, and his recommendations. He left me feeling 100% comfortable in my decision, and I've already recommended Horizon to 3 other people for service.

I was very impressed with our experience with this company. My thermostat went out during a spell of very cold weather (the Polar Vortex) and they had someone out within an hour or so of my call. He never suggested anything unnecessary and, in fact, only charged me the flat rate for coming out - even though he fixed the short in my thermostat and I drug him all over the house getting quotes on other issues. He was polite and professional and even smiled and talked to my kids. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone in the Greater Baltimore area.

I've worked with T & D for years. They ALWAYS answer when you call and go above and beyond to take care of any problem. I'll call them first for any HVAC or plumbing issue.

Technician literally listened to what the problem was and told me I didn't need a tech, I needed a sales person to install new ducts. He was here for 10 minutes and never took out a tool and the company charged me $199.

They were ok except that i paid $300 for boiler maintenance and they sent someone without the kit, didn’t clean it, but just inspected it. Their HVAC guy is knowledgable and i like him. But for boiler maintenance i recommend talking to your fuel supplier.

He arrived in that time frame and was very friendly and knowledgeable about what needed to get done. He worked very efficiently and got the everything finished in a fairly short amount of time. The price for everything seemed very fair as well!
