Called for a water heater quote on a Sunday after my mother’s tank went up. The technicians were prompt and professional. They assessed situation and gave me a quote of a minimum of 3500.00, possibly more if they had to cut boiler pipes, etc. for doing job 2 days later. Ended up using another company at half the cost, and next day service. Don’t use them until you get at least 1 more quote, verges on price gouging.

Dave came today and fixed our clogged toilet. Ended up using the long snake apperatus and 3 mins later ..unclogged. the only star taking away was for being charged $150 for 5 minutes of work. I guess that's just what we have to pay just seems like a lot of money for 5 minutes of work. But Dan was pleasant and he was on time actually he was early and yeah problem was fixed.

Stokes Plumbing and Mechanical just assisted our family with installing a new water heater when the old one sprung a leak in the inner tank. The whole process was smooth and professional. Great communication, punctual, and knowledgeable in his craft... Steve was great to work with and even came back on a Saturday morning to help us avoid a weekend of cold showers. We'll definitely be using Stokes again when plumbing issues arise.

My heater went out during the night, so I called Fitz first thing the next morning. They were at my house within an hour, diagnosed the problem, then got the part we needed, and had it repaired just a few hours later. I was impressed by how responsive, knowledgeable, and kind they were! I will definitely call them again in the future.

Our experience with the entire Horizon team turned a bad situation with out existing A/C unit, into an exceptional end to end experience, which was both fast and worry free. It all started with Andres, who was both knowledgeable, friendly and was able to give us a temporary solution, while handling our questions and concerns, before handing it over to Chuck with the sales portion of the process. Chuck was great in understanding our needs and coming up with a proper solution, without trying to oversell us anything we didn't need or want. Finally Cody and Jake, were knowledgable, efficient, quiet and returned our basement and back yard to the same condition they found it in. The work and quality is exceptional, all new hardware and did not short cut anything. There is no question that we will use (and refer our friends) to Horizon for any future needs in this house or any others we may move to in the future.

The company was able to dispatch a technician the same day as our water heater failed; Justin arrived on time and was very helpful describing the problem and letting us know our options. Installation was made as soon as a unit was available with minimal disruption to our household. Justin is courteous, amiable, and a pleasure to work with. The office staff, in particular Deborah, went out of their way to make sure all our questions were answered and all our needs met. I wouldn't hesitate to call Supreme again.

I cannot say enough about this entire team, from the plumbers on site to the front office staff. We had an urgent, knees-to-chest-hustle, situation due to a move in date and an issue with the gas service, and T&D rose to the occasion like no other company we've ever experienced. In the early days of attempting to navigate what needed to be done to get it straightened out, I can't say I wasn't a wreck, nearly in tears, but they have quickly, and efficiently, handled the problem from start to finish. We are not a handy household, and have had 0 experiences with permitting, city inspectors, or service restoration, and T&D was a literal god send reconciling the entire process. I would give them 10 stars if it was an option. Shout out to Steve Sharp for his very patient & knowledgeable assistance, as well as Lexi & Jeannie in the office for all the communication & kindness. If we have an opportunity to use them again, we certainly will.

I set up an appointment with AJ Michaels over a week ago for 2pm or later on Friday. I called the office on the morning of the appointment to confirm that they will need to come after 2 pm as i was not home before that time. They confirmed and assured me that they would show call and show up after 2pm. I receive a call from AJ M. at 12:15 that I missed. I called them back at 12: 32 and was told by M that they have decided not to show up today because i missed their call. While trying to explain the situation to M i was transferred mid sentence to the dispatcher and got disconnected without the dispatcher answering. I called back and explained to M that this was extremely unprofessional and that I didn't think i would want them to come and fix the issue with my HVAC. She did not seem to care. Judging from this interaction, I think i got lucky and dodged a bullet here. Zero on Customer service.

Katie and the whole team I engaged with — Jessica, John, Willis, Zack — are AMAZING! I highly recommend them and as a new homeowner, I am truly grateful that I found them. They explain the work in layman’s terms and provide detailed explanations and fully disclose / discuss pricing. No surprises. They are thorough, clean (they always use drop cloths and clean up well!) - just true professionals. Highly recommend.
