Robert (895) came out quickly on a Sunday to clear a blocked drain in our KSL. Although he wasn't able to clear the drain, he did everything he could with the equipment he had on hand and made multiple calls to get us in touch with the appropriate technician to investigate further. He was patient and friendly, explained everything thoroughly, and completely cleaned up the area when he was finished. This was my first time using Roto-Rooter and I couldn't be happier with the service.

My heater went out during the night, so I called Fitz first thing the next morning. They were at my house within an hour, diagnosed the problem, then got the part we needed, and had it repaired just a few hours later. I was impressed by how responsive, knowledgeable, and kind they were! I will definitely call them again in the future.

I cannot say enough about this entire team, from the plumbers on site to the front office staff. We had an urgent, knees-to-chest-hustle, situation due to a move in date and an issue with the gas service, and T&D rose to the occasion like no other company we've ever experienced. In the early days of attempting to navigate what needed to be done to get it straightened out, I can't say I wasn't a wreck, nearly in tears, but they have quickly, and efficiently, handled the problem from start to finish. We are not a handy household, and have had 0 experiences with permitting, city inspectors, or service restoration, and T&D was a literal god send reconciling the entire process. I would give them 10 stars if it was an option. Shout out to Steve Sharp for his very patient & knowledgeable assistance, as well as Lexi & Jeannie in the office for all the communication & kindness. If we have an opportunity to use them again, we certainly will.

I had dealt with a slow running kitchen drain for a while. My own attempts to solve the problem did not succeed. My son suggested Roto-Rooter. Of course I had heard of their business but never used their services. I called and they were at my house in a few hours. My plumber, Jeff, was very efficient and told me what he expected he would have to do to fix the problem. There were no surprises. Jeff was friendly and took Covid precautions. When he left, the only sign that he had been there was a kitchen sink that was properly draining again.

I had a major emergency leak and called around to different plumbers. My basement was quickly filling with water and I had to get someone there fast.Roto-Rooter arrived within two hours of the call when other plumbers I called prior were literally trying to schedule an appointment for the next week.After they arrived, the problem was handled quickly and effectively, including cleanup, removal of drywall and damaged carpet.I would recommend them for any plumbing issues you may have.
