The toilet repair was completed in a timely manor, but for the service completed the price was too high. I had an issue with the flapper that required a new washer, and sealant. For 15 minutes of work and a $15 washer I was charged $200 (that was with a discount). I have no complaints about the repair or the repairman, but I will not be using Roto-Rooter for any future repairs at this price.

Performed a backflow test on our septic system as required by the county. The service technician was on time, friendly, professional and did the work we needed without any issues. Reasonable price. I would definitely recommend.
