Joseph, tech 5423, worked for 5 hours to get the clog out, under pretty terrible (dirty) conditions. He was cheerful throughout and did a good job cleaning up before leaving. He also explained his findings and remediation well, and recommended steps to prevent recurrence. I have a home warranty but I didn't want to wait for their tech, and I'm glad I went with this company.

I forgot that Fitz Mechanical was the installer of my furnace, but when it was in, they removed the old furnace (THANK YOU THANK YOU), and did a beautiful job on checking up on it (FOR FREE), any problems I wanted checked out a few weeks later.. And the cost of the new furnace was two thousand dollars less than any of the other furnace companies in my area. However there's been an army of sales calls from home warranty companies that I considered, but am through with, and maybe Fitz was pressured into being part of this conglomerate of sales calls, which I am sorry has happened to them. So that there is no misunderstanding about this, I would like to say that FITZ MECHANICAL IS THE BEST CHOICE FOR FURNACE INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE!! if they also offer home warranty plans, I would make sure that some other warranty companies do not hack a potential customer into being sold a program that is not FITZ!

Technician Matthew and his associate were outstanding. Immediately discovered the issue with our heat pump, went over the options and the costs associated with each, and then performed the remedy immediately afterwards. Great knowledge and workmanship.

Stefanski plumbing was top notch, professional, and prompt to help fix out major plumbing issues in our home. Their whole team did a stellar job repairing a myriad of work that another company messed up, and even upgraded our fixtures to be more practical for our home. We will definably use them for any plumbing issues in the future.

We had a clogged pipes that started giving us problems at 4pm on Sunday night. We attempted to fix ourselves, but ultimately decided to call rotorooter around 7pm. Maung #4811 showed up around 9pm and fixed the issue. He was extremely polite and courteous. Excellent experience!

Nick Barker with Roto Rooter came by our house the Saturday before 4th of July. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard to fix our sump pump. He also kept the area very neat that was appreciated.

The technician was on time and very friendly. He diagnosed the problem quickly and talked us through each step. We had a significant clog but it was all resolved in about 2 hours. The kitchen sink is fully functioning for the holidays. I would recommend this technician, DaeKwan Rose to anyone. He left the kitchen as clean as he found it and never spilled any sewage water. I cannot say the price is easy on the wallet. Of course, I had no choice. Thank you Mr. Rose for getting our Christmas back on track.
