-Replaced sump pump before our basement flooded back in rainy April!

- Remodeled our entire bathroom with the exception of the tub. However; our tub was clogged and he fixed that. Replaced the sub floor and put down new black hexagon tile. Removed and replaced our old vanity and toilet. Only took 3 days && looks great!

David was on time and professional. No repairs were done since it was an electrical issue, but he diagnosed the problem quickly and provided me with an estimate for other plumbing work I needed.

I can not express enough how grateful I am for the experience I had with this company. I had a major stoppage in my bathroom which caused flooding and water damage. I had another company come out prior to Michael and Son as they were dispatched through the home warranty I have. This other company did not fix the issue after 2 visits. On the 3rd visit they informed me that they would have to dig up a pipe in my finished basement to resolve the problem. I was skeptical so I called Michael & Son for a second opinion. They came out the very next day. Within 5 minutes they were able to diagnose the problem and verified they there was absolutely no need to dig up anything. By the following day the problem, which turned out to be a freak accident connected to my recent roof replacement, was 100% resolved. Doug and Porfirio were those who came out and they were both knowledgeable and extremely professional. I couldn’t have asked for better folks to help me handle this stressful situation. I also thought their pricing was more than reasonable for all that they had helped me with. Despite my home warranty, I will be calling Michael & Son for all of my future plumbing needs (hopefully there aren’t many)! I had a faucet leak in the middle of the night on a Sunday. I contacted this plumbing service and they responded quickly and came out that night. Stopped the leak and returned the next morning to replace the piping. He was very prompt and professional even in the wee hours of the night. I highly recommend

Don’t drive near their vehicles unless you want a busted windshield. Driving down I-95 when I passed their business truck, license plate Delaware “E88090”, driving next to the fast lane. No clue why they’d be driving recklessly with a trailer in the fast lanes but they were. As I pass, rocks began to blow off the truck bed, one smashing into my windshield and cracking. As I tried to get the drivers attention, him and his passenger looked the other way and drifted into other lanes to get away. Driving recklessly to get away. Thanks to my dashcam for capturing evidence of these lowlifes subsequently putting others in danger. Geo installed a new water heater in the basement of our hundred year old house. He gave us important advice and information on what size and type of heater we needed, and even advised us to spend less money than we might have otherwise.

The work is perfect, and he was on time, fast, and my basement was clean and tidy when he left. He has even helped us get our manufacturer’s warranty for the heater.

Called Dan in morning and he was able to come out that afternoon. Fixed leak issue and gave good suggestions.

The work crew was fantastic! The work that was done was very professional. They introduced themselves to me by their first names shook my hand listen to what I had to say was wrong and had me show them. Throughout the job they called me to show me the progress of the work and what the main problem was with the plumbing. They cleaned up the work area after the job was done. Very impressed with this company I'm a first-time customer and would recommend them to anyone.

I have been dealing with a slow draining kitchen sink and dishwasher for approximately 18 months. I have contacted other plumbing services, but they would only snake the drain (which worked for a day or 2). I called Ray expecting the same treatment, but thankfully they did not want to patch the problem, they wanted to resolve it.

From the initial consult to starting to work, it was just a few days. Ray's team examined my piping and realized the builders did not put enough of a fall in the piping to allow for any refuse to flush out . The end result was replacing about 40 feet of piping. When Ray showed me the pipe after it was removed, it was almost completely blocked.

It has been about 5 weeks not and the sink and dishwasher are working better than I could have imagined. I will absolutely use Ray and his team for future project (or issues).
