WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Consider yourself lucky if this Guy is a no show. Unfortunately for me, he showed up. And the work was NOT done correctly. I had to call a professional plumbing service one month later to redo everything. NOTE: HE IS NOT A LICENSED PLUMBER. That is everything you need to know right there.

Hired RA Ohler to replace hot water heater and install a water jet backup sump. A quick phone estimate was given, which personally gave me some pause, but Rich assured me there would be no surprises. The estimate was well below that of a local competitor, so I went with RA Ohler. I was very impressed with the quality of work and the value. RA Ohler showed up on time, worked efficiently, and was very professional. Overall, an excellent job, I wholly recommend!!!

Van came out late on a weeknight to fix a toilet shut off valve leak and was over in only a few minutes. He did a great job fixing it, so no more water leaking!

I was charged 175.00 for, changing out two washers on two faucets and pulling out a plug in the disposal. This took maybe 20 minutes. All the reviews I read they were reasonable! How is this reasonable? Jason the owner didn’t even do the work. Mike, was super nice and showed me how to change the washers the next time I need to change it myself. Mike deserve 5 stars for teaching me. I will not refer this company, because if you are a female, Jason will rip you off. I will make sure this will be on all my social media.
