Best Drain Service in Baltimore MD

We had a gas leak and had the gas company come out and found it. They found the leak in an elbow joint where it connects to the water heater and turned the gas off to it. Tyree was notified and he came out to our house in an hour!! His communication was great and kept us updated on his ETA and was very kind and professional! We showed him where the leak was and he did the soap test and found another leak along the pipe as well. He had it repaired in 30 minutes and turned the gas back on to make sure it wasn’t leaking after. I would highly recommend Tyree at T.L. Back Plumbing for any of your plumbing repairs!!!

First time using Ace Plumbing. The company was highly recommended by a local kitchen design company. I learned why Ace was highly recommended. To put it simply, they offer quality product, SUPERIOR service at a FAIR price. Additionally, the service was PROMPT. A family owned and operated business with true professionals that are friendly and courteous. Can't ask for much more in a service company. Exactly how a small service company should be operated.

Catons Plumbing is awesome! They're open 24/7 and when I called later in the evening because of a shower that was backing up, they said they could have someone there in just an hour or two. The service technician Dave W. showed up right on time and was able to quickly determine and address the problem. He cleaned up thoroughly after himself and spent a few minutes discussing with me what I could do to prevent issues like this in the future.

Vince answered every time I called. He maintaned great communication with me at all times. Sonny & Mark came in the door , dignoed the problem, remoeved the old toilet with little mess, installed the new toilet, tested it out, and cleaned up their mess. They were able to come with little notice, and they gave a price on the spot or before hand. No henning and hawing. Their prices won't give you a heart attack.

I called Roto Rooter on Thursday and got a same day appointment. When they arrived the two guys talked me through the estimate and talked to me about every step they were taking to fix my kitchin sink. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that has plumbing and drain issues.

This guy is so nice and affordable! He shows up quickly and thoroughly explains everything. We had him show up to give an estimate about our water heater initially, and he didn’t charge for the estimate. We haven’t moved forward with that project yet (it’s a preventative issue, not a pressing issue), but a couple months later when we found out that we couldn’t get our new dishwasher installed without some updated plumbing under our sink, I knew exactly who I wanted to call! He showed up the next day to take a look, and since he didn’t have another appointment till 3, he fixed it right then. He tried to give me a discount, but I paid him the full amount because it was nice to have someone be so affordable and fast in the first place. Anyways, hire this guy. He’s worth it.

Justin installed a tankless water heater when I was getting the run around from several other people. He was responsive and communicative. Highly recommend!!!

Autumn in Customer Service was delightful to speak with scheduling my appointment. David sent me a text when he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would. David investigated why I didn't have water. He did his diagnostic checks inside and outside at my well. He explained everything he was doing and why. It turns out I needed a new water pump. David was very professional, articulate and knowledgeable about his craft. Some technicians you can't wait for them to get out of your house, I didn't feel that way today. It was a pleasure to have him work on my plumbing issue. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin to everyone with a plumbing problem.

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
