Our water heater broke unexpectedly, leaving us without hot water or heat (aquatherm furnace) and they were able to come out right away to install a replacement at a reasonable price. They helped us navigate a complicated warranty replacement, an above-average complexity install, and went above and beyond at every step to make sure the job was done right...even going out of their way to secure a part in order to prevent the same issue from happening in the future! Started job late in the day like 33opmTurn off water didn't give any notice came late the next day about 1030am didn't get any water until 2pm did the same thing about 2 months ago no notice no water for 2 days I know the job needed to be done could let people know so we can get water to use the bathroom very inconsiderate people

On this frigid day he went out of his way to come by our house and inspect the leaking faucet at the front of our home. He was working on a friend's home and fit us into his schedule without a single complaint. After his inspection he was able to find a simple solution to the issue that saved us a significant amount of money.

Justin did a fantastic job with installing the rough in plumbing for the toilet and faucet in our basement half bath as well as replacing the main water valve to our house and the outdoor hose bibs. I've used Ben Franklin a couple times and have had Israel as the plumber each time. He's prompt {called at 8;30 am and he was here an hour later] ,professional and efficient. Prices do seem high ,but they tell you what it will cost upfront so it won't be a complete shock.To date they have replaced a shower cartridge,fixed leaky pipes and replaced a sump pump
