On August 1st 2019 I called the ACE Plumbing for the 1st time.....
And what a pleasant experience it was.
Jeff did a great job replacing leaky garbage disposal and two faucets. Removing the one old, corroded faucet was not an easy task. Jeff besides being an excellent plumber was so polite, nice and (Oh!) so neat.

I called them came out right away, did an amazing job I have no drain pipe out of my house, also had another company come out 3 times told me I had to strip my basement floors and much more work up to at least 5000 electric ell .came did about 45 min of work for my problem less then 300 bucks thanks to my co worker recommending yall 10 stars hands down I guess I owe my co worker lunch and dinner

After 22 years my air conditioning units finally said they had enough and stopped working on July 4th weekend. After getting multiple quotes, Len the Plumber provided the best value and the quickest response time. Jason Coleman and his team were impeccable in their professionalism and communication. I trusted them to come and go out of my house while I worked in my office from home. They were gracious and loving to my dogs, who wanted to oversee the entire operation.I can't thank Jason and his team enough for the removal and installation of my two units.Thank you Len the Plumber, for hiring such great technicians who know how to get the job done especially when climbing in an attic that's over 100 degrees. They never complained and communicated with me every step of the way.You're now my HVAC provider who will service my units twice a year to make sure I'm never without air or heat again.

I would highly recommend this guy. If you are looking for someone who is nice and will give you an affordable estimate and do a good job, call him. I just had a leaking pipe fixed in my front yard. Excellent excellent excellent work from Roto-Rooter! I’m so happy I called them to fix my issue. Dama was the technician that repaired my busted P-Trap on my upstairs tub. He did an incredible job!I actually created the hole when I tried to use an auger to remove a clog in the drain. Water started leaking from the ceiling in the kitchen below my bathroom and got everywhere when I tried to use the shower. My house is very old and the P-Trap was probably at least 100 + years old too. Ha!!Dama was very professional and was not intimidated with the task or the location of the where the leak was coming from. The locationwas in a tight spot surround by supply lines in the corner of my kitchen ceiling. He was prepared and knew exactly what to do. It’s rare to get a true professional. He’s definitely a professional. If I ever had another issue, I would most definitely request him. Even though he’s a great guy and true professional, I hope to not see him again anytime soon! Ha!! Roto-Rooter is lucky to have him representing their company. Overall, I’m VERY satisfied with the quality of work that was done at my home today. Van was very helpful during my initial call regarding my water expansion tank having a leak. He was quick and punctual to come out to assess and fix the issue (within the hour of my call). I will definitely use his services in the future.

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
