Thanks for nothing. I had a pipe break forcing me to turn the water off in the house. I called Ty in the morning, he seemed knowledgeable and agreed to come over to fix everything between 2 and 3pm. By 4 pm Ty was still not here and had not called. I called and left him a message. By 4:50 I still had not heard from Ty. I began to worry as it was getting late in the day so I called and left another message. By 5:30 I still had not heard from Ty so I called and left my third and final message. By 6pm my phone rang. It was Ty! He hung up as soon as I answered my phone. I called him back to only get the ignore button. It is now 11am the next day. I still have not heard from Ty. I have had to contact a different plumbing company , and take an additional day off work to deal with a problem that should have been taken care of yesterday. If you could not take the job Ty you should have the professional courtesy to tell people. You have cost me time, money, and an additional 24 hours without running water. Extremely unprofessional. I wish I could give you less than 1 star. Thanks for nothing.

Joe and his son were LIFE SAVERS! My husband and I returned from our holiday vacation to a bust pipe. We arrived home on Wednesday to find the pipe and Joe and his son were here the next morning. They fixed the problem for us at a fair price and even offered us advice so the problem wouldn't occur again. I will absolutely be using ACE plumbing again for any of my plumbing needs. Contacted Roto Rooter for a leaky toilet. Technician showed up as guessed it was most likely the wax ring. He quoted $400 dollars to replace that costs $5 from Home Depot. Wait the icing on the cake was when he quoted $1050 to replace the flange. BTW that's about $20. An ENTIRE toilet is only about $100 to buy and takes about 40 mins to install! Very disappointing as to their Ludacris price gauging. Maybe they thought since the homeowners are 2 elderly ppl in their 80s would they would an easy target to rob them of their social security money. SHAME on you trying to scam my parents!!

Made an appointment. The appointment was confirmed. Then nobody showed up to perform the work and did not even call to follow-up. Not recommended.
