Ty replaced an old cast iron tub with a new tub. He provided a detailed quote and did the job expertly and efficiently. We were very happy with the completed job. Ty is personable and conscientious and I highly recommend him.

Sterling was awesome called him in the morning and he came the same day. Others told me couldn't make till next week. Very professional and responsive. Text and calls throughout the day keeping me informed on arrival time. It was late in the evening but he still arrived as promised. Would definitely recommend using them.

Silly accident flushed a piece of silverware in my toliet. Call Roto-Rooter for service. The dirty job was made pleasant from the beginning to end . The young lady took my call was so very polite gave me all the info. I needed free estimate , work done that day which was the evening .the Tech Mr Chung the politeness of this young man very Professional explained everything to me from the beginning of the job to the end. Mr Chung also gave me options of what could be done. I love the timely manner everything was handled from the call and when the Tech got to me. Also plumbing is never cheap, the price was great with my discount. No Hidden Surprises. I was very pleased Thank You Roto- Rooter.

Told there was no fee to come and do an assessment. Showed up and did the assessment and made up an excuse for why they wanted to charge me $150. Said the part needed had to be ordered and they would get back to me. Told me the part was not available and a full replacement was the only option (3K dollars worth of replacement). I called the company who makes the toilet and they said it was in stock and shipped it to me with 1 day delivery. Called them to ask more questions and set up install. Never returned my calls, never returned my money. Had to contest the charge. BEWARE THEY LIE!!!!
