Dave came today and fixed our clogged toilet. Ended up using the long snake apperatus and 3 mins later ..unclogged. the only star taking away was for being charged $150 for 5 minutes of work. I guess that's just what we have to pay just seems like a lot of money for 5 minutes of work. But Dan was pleasant and he was on time actually he was early and yeah problem was fixed.

I was impressed with how fast the job was done and I will use Stokes Plumbing and Mechanical for all of my future plumbing needs. I am already a repeat customer! I had a leaky faucet repaired and a new bathroom vanity installed.

I guess there are two Butler brothers. In the past, one of the brothers fixed a leaky boiler. That job went fine. This past weekend. our boiler would not light so I called and got the other brother. I was relieved when he said he would be able to come out within the hour. When he got here, he seemed to have no idea as to what the problem was or how to fix it. I saw him disconnecting some wires then reconnecting them. After a few minutes he said he couldn't fix it and left. Before he came the blower on the boiler was working fine. After he left, that no longer worked. A subsequent repairman, said the wires were all misconnected. When Mr. Butler came to our house he commented on a political sign that was in our yard. I can only surmise that he is either incompetent or malicious. In either case, I will never use them again.

Tech was prompt and knowledgeable, took care of everything in a timely manner. He was excellent in all respects.

Spiro was very responsive and great to work with. I submitted a request online, scheduled an appointment the same night and he was able to come out the next day. I will use his services in the future when I have plumbing needs.

I had a water heater leak and I called Mike's Plumbing. The technician Jarod came within the time frame which was scheduled. He explained everything clearly before he got started and the clean up was to my satisfaction. I would recommend Mike’s Plumbing to friends and family.
