Great work, fast service, experienced and knowledgable team. I first worked with Fitz Mechanical 8 years ago when we installed a new boiler in our home. We called several companies and Fitz had the best pricing. I've since worked with them many times over the years for various HVAC and plumbing services, they've always been fast, reliable and done a quality job.

I received a notice on my phone of a problem with my heating system at 1:30 PM on Sunday (Christmas Eve). After checking a few things I called Horizon. Tech was there by 2:30 and was able to quickly solve my problem. With a house full of guests I did not need a problem and Horizon solver it quickly and professionally...and everything was covered under warranty. Wow.

I called for emergency plumbing tonight. I asked for help with our frozen pipes. The lady said to get heat into our crawl space, which I told her wasn’t possible. She told me to heat the cabinet. I asked if I should turn the water off, she sounded very annoyed and said “sure. Ya sure. Ok have a good night”. Not helpful AT ALL!
