Mike came by our house to fix a leaky faucet, and before he left, he said he could smell gas. We went downstairs and sure enough, we had a gas leak!! We could not smell it, but with his professional nose, Mike sniffed it out. He fixed it right then and we are forever thankful to him. He is the only plumber we will ever use. I have used JTK for a major bathroom remodel and for maintenance. I found them through my home warranty company and have always had a great experience so I kept them on after the warranty ended as my go to plumber.

I asked for an estimate with Costco for a new air system. Not going to lie I was really nervous when John Henry’s was the one that called. I have heard a lot that they are super expensive. Jon came out and went over our system and said I’ll be right back with some estimates, I was surprised that he was going to put estimates together and go over them in just a few minutes. He spent time answering my questions, reworking estimates, and add a new furnace to see what it would be to just replace the whole system at my request. To my surprise it was cheaper than the company we originally were planning on working with. We got our ducts cleaned the day before the install (I feel terrible I can’t remember their names) but they were so nice and explained everything they did. The next day Justin and Sterling came to install the new system. They kept me updated the entire day, when they were leaving to go put together duct work at the shop, turning on the furnace where I would smell burning, and when they were finishing up and could walk me through everything. Needless to say I am just impressed with everyone. Every time someone new came to the house they would introduce themselves and either take off their shoes or put shoe covers on. I can’t get over the level of customer service I experienced during this process. Customer for life.

We have used Icon Plumbing several times and always are extremely happy with the results. They come in an extremely timely manner and do the job the right way the FIRST time. We had struggled with a sink back up for several years until Icon Plumbing came over and fixed the root of the issue opposed to the simple quick fix. I would recommend to any friends or family!!
