Best Drain Maintenance in Lincoln NE

We had a blockage in our plumbing and it started to back up in the basement. I called Shaw Trenchless and they sent J.B. over within the hour. He was professional, courteous and efficient. He scoped our pipes to the house and to the main sewer line in a matter of minutes. He discovered a couple of root blockages and referred me to “The Drain Specialist” to have them removed. Then I took J.B.’s advice and called the Drain Specialist. They too responded within the next hour.
The technician cleaned the pipes to the house and to the sewer main within a few minutes. Very efficient, clean, and professional service. And on top of that, he only charged me for one hour of labor. What a surprise to deal with such a great local business. With everything else in the world going wrong, it is refreshing to know that there are honest, hardworking, fair businesses out there. No surprises, no broken promises, no shenanigans! This is the way businesses used to operate. I’m pleasantly surprised as well as fortunate, and you will be too, that The Drain Specialist does business the “Old School” way…with a look in the eye, a firm handshake, and their word as their bond! I highly recommend them for any sewer line issues you find yourself dealing with!

We had numerous other companies come out before Biggerstaff. They all seemed clueless and said they'd be getting back to us with more information of what needed to be done.
Biggerstaff came today and has our A/C running and operating like normal again. Only took him a couple of hours and at a very good price for the repairs.

Extremely prompt service. They were called by our home warranty company and the entire experience - submitting the claim, hearing from Patriot, and fixing the water heater - was completed in less than 8 hours. It's always a gamble when you don't get to pick your service provider because of a warranty but I was very impressed and am VERY happy to have hot water again!

Roger was very courteous, and informative. Unfortunately the problem was not solvable today.

Called in for service., Never got called back. Wasted 5 hours of my day. Call multiple times and still no response. Will not recommend This company to anyone!!!

I asked for an estimate with Costco for a new air system. Not going to lie I was really nervous when John Henry’s was the one that called. I have heard a lot that they are super expensive. Jon came out and went over our system and said I’ll be right back with some estimates, I was surprised that he was going to put estimates together and go over them in just a few minutes. He spent time answering my questions, reworking estimates, and add a new furnace to see what it would be to just replace the whole system at my request. To my surprise it was cheaper than the company we originally were planning on working with. We got our ducts cleaned the day before the install (I feel terrible I can’t remember their names) but they were so nice and explained everything they did. The next day Justin and Sterling came to install the new system. They kept me updated the entire day, when they were leaving to go put together duct work at the shop, turning on the furnace where I would smell burning, and when they were finishing up and could walk me through everything. Needless to say I am just impressed with everyone. Every time someone new came to the house they would introduce themselves and either take off their shoes or put shoe covers on. I can’t get over the level of customer service I experienced during this process. Customer for life.

Just bought a townhouse and the drain in the laundry room overflowed. I called Holmes Sewer and Drain and they had it cabled and in good working order in only about 15 minutes. I will definitely keep these guys on speed dial for all future drain issues!

Very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism that I got. From the estimate visit with Mark to the actual installation of my back flow piping in prep for underground sprinkler installation coming up with Mason who was training Richie. Everyone was in time, professional, and did a fantastic job. Would recommend them to anyone.

Our experience with Mark’s has always been great. They are timely, professional, and do great job of communicating the problem and your options. Highly recommend.

Wellman's services were retained to perform annual servicing of our heating and air-conditioning system, including our humidifier. Due to their failure to take a moment to inspect the drainage system associated with our humidifier said system became clogged resulting in flooding of our family room. This flooding resulted in permanent staining of our carpet. Wellman refused to make any attempt at all to resolve our problem. They obviously are not accepting their responsibility to perform services in accordance with local industry standards.

I had a good experience with them before the pandemic start. After pandemic started, I tried using JC plumbing and had very bad experience. I tried to install a vanity. The facet installed was not checked and the plumbing was not adjusted right such that flow of water was completely hindered in Jan 2021. After they left I called to try to get them back in to fix it, they said they'd get back to me. Then in March someone came in for from JC plumbing but they didn't do anything but an inspection. Called them again for the fix and left a voicemail, no reply. Until I called once more after six month of the initial problem they finally picked up and came out to fix the issue they created. Issue resolved, and then I got a bill to charge me extra hours for the issue they had.
Also about the good review - got an email with invoice saying if you would like to leave anything not 5 star, please contact us, contacted them, and they did not reply. Next time they got smarter, an invoice without the link to ask us to review was sent.
As they obviously do not want to talk about it any more, and decided to just ignore me once more, I can pay for for the problem they created, but others need to know they are not as good as they are rated in the review, at least not any more.

While the plumber was nice enough he installed shower fixtures but tore out tile and cement board when he should have known better. He had access through a cupboard, but I didn't know any better until the tile lady came and saw the mess. Her jaw dropped!! Now I'll pay another 500.00 if this can even be fixed. The spigot doesn't look right either and hopefully I n his return he will fix this.
In addition, he left my washer water hose off and it is still leaking. I had shoulder surgery and lack the sttenght to tighten it adequately. While I will hold him to the work he has yet to do, I would not recommend these plumbers because of their inexperience.

One of the Van's hit my mailbox and the office person doesn't seem to care about damage on my mailbox. Manger kept on lying about it.
