Mike came by our house to fix a leaky faucet, and before he left, he said he could smell gas. We went downstairs and sure enough, we had a gas leak!! We could not smell it, but with his professional nose, Mike sniffed it out. He fixed it right then and we are forever thankful to him. He is the only plumber we will ever use. He was at our house at exactly when he said he would be and was personable, yet very professional. Thanks again, Mike!!

very efficient, amazing company!

Had them out to cable a sewer drain that was backed into our basement. They were able to come out to my house the same day which was great. The guy who showed up was the owner and he did a great job! We will for sure call again for future drain cleaning when needed.

Justin in a great tech for Patriot. I have a home warranty and they have come out on two different occasions to fix separate issues with my HVAC. Justin was my technician both times and he did an excellent job and did a great job explaining everything to me since I know nothing about HVACs. I liked them so much the first time I went through extra hoops to get them the second time with the home warranty and I'll get them on a maintenance plan as soon as my warranty expires.

First time customer. Friendly, welcoming scheduler set up an appointment for the next day. The plumber was professional and efficient when installing (3) flappers (which I had purchased previously), found a small clog in one of the toilets, and fixed two leaky bathtub faucets.
Liked Wellman's BBB rating, on-line site with successful years of serving Lincoln customers, and easy on-line payment. I paid the reasonable statement (on-line) the day it was received. How convenient!

Never heard back after calling to set up an appointment when they said they would call back

I’ve had them come to my house twice once for my air conditioning and another time for an outdoor faucet for my sprinkler system. Both times they were at my house within hours. They had all of the equipment they needed on their truck. The technicians that come, are very respectful of my home. They put the slippers on their feet. They’re very informative, polite and kind. I also appreciate that they always let me know every step of the way how much everything was going to cost, and they always look for ways to save me money with any deals or specials. Highly recommend.

Kevin did a fantastic job of running gas line for a new gas range we had installed. Very responsive, showed up on time, very professional clean work.

American Professional Plumbing was great! I called to make an appointment for my kitchen sink, and they were there within the hour! Very professional and friendly. HIGHLY recommend!

I would actually go lower than a 1 star because that's how this company treats customers. If you charge a customer $800.00 for 20 min worth of work for a floor drain then something isn't right or fair!! And to top it all off had to go back out for the same reason within the same day and was told it is because the washer pushes water out to fast. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I have been using Greens since moving to Lincoln NE in 2019, with new gas water heater, new AC system, 3 vanity and 2 commode installs, disposal replacement. The last service for an instant water heater that was broken was incompetent, moody and over billed (a repair that did not work). I will look elsewhere for future services.
