Best Sink Replacement in Lexington KY

What an unprofessional company as a whole. They take advantage of emergencies to overcharge (steal) from hard working people. The worst part, when one asks for an explanation, they give you the runaround, they say they will call you to fix it & dont! I had a pipe break during the storm in December 2022, I called them to help me, they came out the next day. The guy was here less then 1 hour, he only cut the small part & installed a switch. For that he charged me $554!!! To save some money, I had to have a membership, which has a monthly fee. Once I got home & checked the job, the switch looked used, there was a wet, soaked jacket, the broken part was on the floor. They couldn’t even pick up what they worked on. I called to complain & get an explanation of my bill, which they charged, for gas $10, the switch $440, & unknown fee $100, I spoke to Michelle Steyn & Marc, neither one knew what the fee was for. They promised they would look into it & get back to me, they didn’t. What a bad experience, I would NEVER use them for anything! Be careful!

Delivered as promised. Techs were great, work was done timely and professionally. Good experience, in less than desirable circumstances.

I'm so glad we chose Turbo Plumbing Pros to install new gas lines for our stove and fireplace. Although it was a cold and rainy day, Donnie & Campbell kept the mud outside during the construction. They were polite, respectful and updated us throughout the day. The customer service team communicated well, before, during and after the install was completed. Chris at Big Blue Wrench reset our toilet. He explained what he had done and why he used a thicker wax ring than the one that was used by the original installer. He cleaned up the work area before leaving. Chris was friendly, polite, and professional. We are very pleased with his work and with the office staff who set up our appointment. This was our second time to use Big Blue Wrench. We were equally impressed with the appointment process, the plumber, and the work completed at our original time off service for a different issue. We highly recommend Big Blue Wrench to anyone needing a plumber.

I had a major water leak in my basement and was in a spot . I called for help and they were there in about thirty minutes . Ben was so polite and gave me my estimate . After I agreed Ben and his fellow plumber jumped in there and repaired it quickly ! They even cleaned up the mess !! The quality of the work is outstanding and I’m super pleased with the whole experience . You can bet next time I need a plumber, I’ll be calling Lile 👍 Thank you so much 😊

As a Community Director of a senior living community, I have people depending on me to get things done. Ken Tyson is always quick to respond and repair any plumbing situation any time, day or night. They are always kind, thoughtful and personable when working in a residents apartment home.

This guy is a fruitcake. Tell you one price then tell you another. Doesn’t show up then says he’s going to charge you $350. Don’t deal with this lunatic
