Needed new water heater

Jeremy completed the plumbing for a kitchen remodel. He completed many various complex tasks. He was focused and efficient. I have had many plumbers over my life time and Jeremy would be at the top of my list as one of the best.

Nothing bad to say here. Cecil's did a great job. The workers were so professional, courteous, and a pleasure to have on-site. It could not have gone better. We're so pleased and happy to recommend Cecil's.

I have a 50 year old American Standard boiler that serves as my central heating. With something that old it requires occasional maintenance and servicing. Lovell is the only business in Lexington that services boilers. Even being the only business that works with boilers their prices are great and their service is spot on. The technician showed up in the time window they gave me and he was very friendly and did a great job. I hope my boiler lasts another 50 years but when it finally decides to die I know exactly who I'm going to call when I need a new one installed. Great job guys!

After years of debating and several unparalleled weather events lately we decided to have a Generac whole house system installed ....we knew the price had doubled since we first thought about it but the service right from the start was professional....thoughtful...and educational about the whole experience....the technicians did exactly what they said...showed us what and where we needed to see things...and completed an expedited service.....

Tyler R spent the whole day doing a hydroscrub on some extremely gunky pipes. He was pleasant and helpful the whole day! Best part is that he got the issue resolved and I can now resume water usage as normal.

We hired this company to replace a geothermal system. After giving them a down payment we had to remind them to order our system after 1 week of not hearing from them after we paid our down payment. Then come to find out they did not replace our geothermal system only 1 unit. They refused to work with us to solve our dissatisfaction. Only to say they would like to charge us again for an additional unit. They do not live up to their contract or standards of service promised. Extremely disappointing.

Very respectful men working on my heating unit, today it was Jake, super nice and knowledgeable about my issue, had the problem fixed in no time at all.
