Dean installed an HVAC unit for us and within a week we had to have him come back for a service call and he tried to charge us an additional $65. We refused to pay because it was A BRAND NEW SYSTEM THAT HE HAD INSTALLED. He chose to curse and hang the phone up on us.
The professional thing to do was stand behind his work and make sure the unit was running properly, which is all that we asked and expected.
Incident took place in 2001 but we have never forgotten how VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL he was, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to family or friends!
He should remember us though unless it is a habit for him to curse and hang up on his customers.
Not something I forgot.

See below, he changed his response from rude to professional but not exactly truthful. Baby Steps... One day he might take responsibility, admit fault and apologize, not holding my breath though. I am going to go out on a limb and guess that someone told him it was bad customer service and suggested that he remove the rude response.

Fayette Plumbing installed our dishwasher, water heater, and fixed a slow leak for us. They were professional and affordable. We will be sure to call them again if we ever need them!

Have had drain problems off and on since I bought my place (very old plumbing). They came fast and took care of the problem. They replaced the old cast iron drain link quickly and efficiently. Alec was very polite and professional!!! Would recommend!

Ken Tyson Plumbing saved me in a pinch! Over the summer I had scheduled a couple other people to come over and fix a leak under my master bathroom sink. To be ready for guests, the work needed to be done by September. After a couple of no shows on the handy man front, I didn't know what to do! Then I saw a Ken Tyson Plumbing van at a local gas station and made the call. Ken Tyson sent over one of his very best plumbers, James, who even showed up EARLY--on a Saturday!, and the job was done in 6 minutes. Best service ever! I definitely recommend Ken Tyson Plumbing!!!

This guy is a fruitcake. Tell you one price then tell you another. Doesn’t show up then says he’s going to charge you $350. Don’t deal with this lunatic
