ITook their advice and they installed a Rudd Water heater which had air blowing up, down, and sideways so this would never happen again.

We have used them multiple times through our home warranty company. Great service, respectful employees every time. I had a main line blockage and they came out. Jacob and Doug were awesome. They tried everything possible to save me money especially at this time of it year when money is tight and were very considerate with my questions. They were concerned about getting my house muddy and were just all around good guys. I would definitely use them again and again.

We hired DDR to finish our basement, and we are so glad we did! The designer spent several hours with us to fine-tune the layout to fit our needs/budget. None of the other companies spent anywhere close to that much time with us. We had to wait several weeks to begin the construction, as they had several other jobs ahead of us. Once they started, it seemed like we blinked and the project was done!! Our project manager, Ian, was very communicative in letting us know what/who came next. We’ve already had a large family gathering in the newly finished space, and everyone commented on how nice it looked! A big “thank you” to DDR and their entire crew for delivering what they promised and more!! Highly recommend!

Today, after an absolute disaster created by DAUENHAUER PLUMBING, I met Master Plumber (of 68 years via family plumbing expertise) Mr. David Wiseman.

Serious, dedicated and so polite. Fixed the messes the young buck from Dauenhauer left us to cope with for five days! Then replaced the Faucet we asked DH to deal with. All this done at a cost at least half if not more the cost the inexperienced company folks at Dauenhauer were going to charge.

Our thermostat went out on our gas hot water heater and they were very quick to order the parts and approve things through our home warranty. Nick was very professional and helpful to give an overview of the work to be done and went the extra mile to answer my questions as the homeowner of what things I can do for routine maintenance.
