On June 21st 2022, Josh James came to assess installing a faucet at the back of the house.
He set up an appt for June 27th and installed the faucet...Yay!!

He was kind, professional, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. (He's a Master Plumber)

At all times he kept in communication...texting before he came to the house. (Cecil's also sends a text with a map so you can follow on the map when he's on the way) Love that!

I definitely would recommend Cecil's for any plumbing jobs...I know I will be calling the next time I have plumbing that needs to be done.

I would recommend Ron with Bluegrass Rooter. I have worked with Ron for several years now for multiple properties. He is very dependable, honest, and his prices are fair. He always provides top notch customer service. He is quick to respond and completes the job quickly and with no call backs. Bluegrass rooter has completed jobs for me from a simple drain clog to full plumbing line replacements. He is also great at HVAC. Troubleshoots and diagnosis the problems and makes fast repairs. He has completed full HVAC replacements same day as I called needing his diagnosis and his prices beat all of my other contractors. I would not hesitate to call him for anything!

Yet another update - they figured out what the furnace issue was - major overhaul - got it all done (under warantee) and then even called back to make sure we were satisfied. Even noticed that our hot water heater was leaking a little which I had not noticed yet. In the end - this was a great experience.Originally 5 star but clearly posted too early...Updated..... Heat worked last night for about 3.5 hours and then out again. Called last night and while the customer service rep was very apologetic - was told that we would be the first call this am. It is now 10:30 - called and yes - we were still supposed to be the first call this morning but come on - seriously?Original 5 star - ........Heat out this morning. Ernie J was there when promised and figured out the problem quickly. Great service. Thanks Ernie
