Kyle came to replace my old leaking water heater which soon developed into a major undertaking....My water heater was put in in 1994 so nothing was up to today's codes so the job just got bigger since everything needed replaced; tank, piping and fittings! He measured and replaced everything and it looks so much better, not a humbled jumbled mess like before.When he went to shut off the water at the main valve it was so old and seized up it started to leak so there was a second repair to be done--replaced it with a new type of shut off that should out last me and be easier to use if I would have to.... We needed to find the main water shut off at the meter and he helped us locate it--not easy either, it is under a 40 ft. pine tree!He hung in there and about 6 hrs. later it was done, he cleaned up the area and I was left with a new shiny tank! My job was originally estimated as a 4 to 5 hour job. In the end it only took 2 1/2 hours. The work itself was well done, but they gave a estimate based on twice the time it actually took to complete. So, don't call these guys unless you like to overpay. They screwed me out of about 300 bucks. And left a mess as well, but they did sweep.

Called All Pro because of a blocked drain at about 10:00 am. Was told they would be here within the hour. Called back later and said they got held up and would be here by 4:00 pm. Still no plumber at 4:00. Called again and was told they were in Frankfort and headed our way. Frankfort is approximately 25 minutes from our home. They finally show up at 5:45! They work for 45 minutes and charge $315.00 (which includes at senior discount). When we question the price Chris tells us it's an extra $75.00 for service after 4:30. At no time were we told about the extra charge up front. Chris also wanted to check all the plumbing in the rest of the house to make sure everything was working ok. When we refused he smarted off. Chris was quite unprofessional and stated it was fine with him if we weren't a repeat customer. Kept saying he and his coworker didn't set the prices. They refused credit card payment and pushed back about taking a check for payment. He preferred cash. Needless to say he took a check.
I would NOT recommend this company!

Horrible people to work with and for they fired me because I said 6 hrs wasn't enough for 16$ an HR and asked for more hrs the next that they gave me my paycheck and said we don't complain about the pay get the f out of here . Im been working with employment lawyers to get this settled..
