The plumbing doc by far is the best plumbing company in town. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Ricky and Mike came out and diagnosed my plumbing issues and then got to work. As a business owner of over 35 years. I have called out may a repairman. Some get it some don’t. I called your office last night for the third time to fix my tankless hot water heater. Ryan showed up and ask me some questions regarding my problem. Quickly he knew what the issue was and apologized for Advanced Plumbing that I had to call you back to fix the problem. He fixed the issue and went far above to explain what the issue was, what causes it and had me up and running in no time.

Unprofessional, extremely rude and incompetent. I will NEVER use them again.
On Nov 8th I called to have a toilet unclogged. After 3 to 4 flushings, with increasing resistance, it had to be plunged. This was ongoing, same problem. I am widowed and disabled and it is difficult for me to deal with these things.
Hometown sends Claudio out. The owner, Steve, called a few minutes later and he said Claudio would fix me right up. Well, Claudio, a deadly combination of lazy and stupid, did not!
I asked Claudio to snake the toilet because something was hung up. Claudio insisted all that was needed was to turn a knob in the toilet, increasing the amount of water, and that would take care of the problem. Not only did he NOT fix the master bath, he goes into the hall bath, which was perfectly fine, and messes that one up too! My assistant fixed that one.
$185 for a 5 minute visit that accomplished nothing but making things worse. Ridiculous!
I was very ill and soon aftetward went into the hospital. When I got home, same problem. When I was well enough to deal with it, I called Hometown back several times before they even had the courtesy to call back.
They have Claudio call me back, and, despite my telling them to send someone else, they send him. On the phone and in my home this jerk starts screaming at me, in front of my nurse, insisting that he gave me a copy of the receipt because I signed it. He did NOT and my assistant witnessed that he didn't. Besides, Who cares?!?
This ended with me having to scream at him that I didn't give a flying fig about the receipt, just shut up and go do your job.
Claudio, I later realized, had not given me any sort of cost estimate prior to starting work.
After, finally, snaking the toilet, like I originally asked, Claudio pronounces that he didn't feel anything and that Hometown doesn't warranty their work. The toilet is now flushing just fine. He must have knocked something loose.
I will never use these charlatans again. Some employee initiates a screaming match with a customer over a stupid receipt that said employee has in his possesion. Incredible!

I would highly recommend Payless Plumbing, No one wants to have to call a plumber, but calling in and speaking with Kim was great, she was professional and assured me the job would get taken care of. Chris was great, he is very nice and explains the job very well, hes funny too. We were very pleased with our experience with Payless Plumbing!! Call them!!!
