As a landlord it can be stressful to find a good plumber as often companies up the price because they know that I have to get certain things fixed, that is why I am so grateful to have found Titan Plumbing, they are reasonably priced and extremely professional. Luis and Victor went out to the rental and were extremely professional from start to finish that I ended up having them do some preventative work as well. Even my tenants commented on how they felt Luis was very professional and polite. I will definitely use them in the future.

I called at 11:15 am too have my drain snaked and they told me they would be here in an hour.. Well guess what it's been 2 hours and they still haven't shown up.. Why do you people give a time frame and when the time comes you still haven't shown up..

Brandon Moore had came out to my place of residence and repaired my sewage line in a timely manner. Very great customer service and quality work. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Great job guys! I loved working with this company, they were in and out, fairly cheap and the plumber I had the opportunity to meet was very helpful. He gave me a few tips and pointers on my septic system for the future.

Extremely positive experience. I smelled a gas leak from my fire place, he came out within 30 minutes of my call to check it out, fixed it, and gave me great suggestions for cost effective ways to improve my fireplace. I will absolutely use him again!

I wanted to give a shout out to Big Boy Plumbing. The pilot went out on my hot water heater so I requested service through my home warranty. They sent Ricardo with Big Boy Plumbing, i received a phone call right away and he was at my home within 24hrs. After accessing the situation I was told the part needed to be replaced, that it had been ordered, it would be a few days, also the part would be delivered to me. Due to timing and other obligations Ricardo recruited another plumber to replace the part in his absence, however the plumber never showed or called. Ricardo followed up to ensure the situation had been taken care of. Upon him learning that his replacement was a no show he apologized and assured me he would take care of the situation. Later that same day Ricardo showed up after hours in the dark with a flashlight to replace the part.

I really appreciate Big Boy Plumber's customer service, open communication and follow through. If you're looking for a good plumber give Ricardo a call.
