Frank specifically was able to save us $18,000 over the competition who misdiagnosed my issue.After service on the whole house and especially the sewer main outgoing, right by the city junction, we verified multiple times with a camera and water pressure. I have been trying to use this company, thanks to my
Home warranty, to fix and or replace my AC unit. It took nearly a month of constant phone calls and showing up at their office to get any movement. Constant no shows, run around, not answering calls, and techs not showing up for days with no calls or explanation. I have filed complaints, spoke with the owner, to no avail. They are not customer service friendly nor expeditious on their intent. The AC install was fine but the follow up has started back to square one. No warranty info. No paperwork. One duct vent needs adjusting and a drip pan installed. Two weeks now and still waiting after the installer failed to show for 3 appointments.
