Best Water Softener Installation in Las Vegas NV

I give this company an A+++. The first time we used them, Jason came out and diagnosed our leak and then installed a faucet for us. He did a great job. The second time, he was prompt in getting back to me and provided me with valuable information to fix my water heater. He was very professional and knowledgeable and his prices were on point.

I called here tonight and the receptionist had Paul call me back in regards to a bath alphabet toy being flushed down the toilet by my one-year-old. Paul spent a fair amount of time with me on the phone trying to help me do it myself with no charges for his advice. I think that is so nice of him. I don't hope to need a plumber soon but he certainly has my future business.

Awesome experience! We woke up to an inoperable furnace and called Time. They gave us a time window for a house call the same day. He showed up exactly when scheduled and quickly was able to identify the problem and get us up and running only a few hours after our initial call. Great, friendly, professional, and QUICK service. We’ll make sure to call Time for any future heating issues!

Lady over the phone said they couldn’t service my fridge because it wasn’t on a commercial area like why the hell does that even matter,what matters is that your getting paid to do a job comercial or not, if you can’t service residential areas don’t advertise that!

These guys are great. They come out and really want to know what's going on. Their prices are really reasonable. I had initially made a huge error in calling The Sunny Plumber AKA Goettl Plumbing and they wanted to charge me $20,000.00 because they said that I needed walls torn out, etc. I then called In House for a second opinion and they came out and showed me that Sunny Plumber had turned down the water heater to warm. Once it was turned back up to the normal temperature we had no issues with it. I really appreciate In House for their honesty

Excellent service! I called in for a faulty toilet and got my issue resolved quickly. I worked with Dennis and he was great. He was very friendly and efficient. He came in, diagnosed the problem immediately, and got straight to work. No nonsense or stalling. He replaced my old and leaky equipment within 30 min.

What a fiasco. They advertise that there is no additional charges on weekends and that they have 1 hour service in Las Vegas. I called on Saturday and it took 1.5 hours before I heard from them. When they called, it wasn't the plumber. It was the office saying they had a missed call from me. I informed the lady that I have a leak and that I gave 100% of my information to the person I spoke to 1.5 hours prior. After several minutes of searching, she found all my info. Supposedly put a rush on my service since I had been waiting for so long. 7 hours later the plumber showed up. I have a pin hole leak in a copper pipe above ground. First, he tries to scare me by telling me my house was built 70 years ago and all the pipes might be weak. I informed him that the entire house was re-plumbed about 15 years ago and this particular pipe with the leak was part of that job. He had to call his supervisor. Came back with a quote of over $700 because he had to dig down 6 inches to ensure he is connecting to good pipe. This is a 20 minute job max. for a plumber. I told him so and sent him on his way.

My disposal was making a humming sound and wouldn't spin. Kurt came by within a couple of hours and fixed my disposal, he even gave me the tool to fix it in the future. Thank you so much Kurt!

Aqua plumbing scheduled an appointment with me, showed up on time, and performed the repair. They installed a water filtration system and pricing was very fair. I would am glad I went with a licensed plumber. Our previous plumber took our funds and never came back. For someone that doesn’t have any plumbing background, the plumber that was sent out walked me through what he was doing and made me feel comfortable with this company. DO NOT USE. First of all Belinda in their scheduling department needs to have a come to Jesus moment if talking with people is the right job for her. You can barely understand her and her attitude is rude. They did work on my brand new home and the workmanship is so poor that I will be calling the contractor board .
