I reached out to NPA after noticing some puddling in my front yard. I reached out around 2pm, and spoke with Jason. He then informed me that someone could be to the house around 4pm-5pm that evening. 4:30 or so, Andrew arrived. He looked everything over and verified it was in fact the main line that had a leak. We discussed our options, and when it would be done. He informed me that we can get it done that coming Saturday. We discussed payment options at that time, and that I would receive a quote that evening.
And in fact I did. We approved it that following morning and set the schedule for Sat. The team arrived on time, and they got right to work. Finishing an hour before they said they would. They thoroughly tested everything to ensure it was done, and done properly.

Don't bother calling around. These are the people you want doing work for you. Gage, Andrew and Jason are professionals who take pride in what they do.

i called anytime plumbing for a clogged toilet repair.within 30 minutes repairman was at the door.He brought the proper tools for the job and had it fixed in no time.Kristan was very.professional and courteous. We had a pretty large flood, and this team came in and cleaned it up that night (at 11pm). They then dealt with insurance throughout the entire process. Joe and team are legit. Glad to be back in our completed house.

These guys are great! My kitchen sink collapsed from under the kitchen countertop because the builder failed to install a required bracket. I gave Capital a call and they were out the same day to fix it. Dave and Dan, 2 brothers that know what they're doing. The price is fair and I trust their work. Highly recommended!

Jeff did an outstanding job replacing two old gate valves in front of my house, one which went to the water main. They were located in a difficult position underground, but he was able to get them replaced. He took the time to leak check the valves once replaced, and ensured everything was working properly. He was very professional throughout the process and cleaned up afterwards. I wasn't even charged a dime until the job was completed. A Job Well Done!!!

I would also like to thank Tiffany in the office for ensuring someone was able to get out to my house the same day I called. She was very professional and courteous on the phone. A great customer service experience!!!

I can't recommend Hips Plumbing enough. So far I've had them do two jobs. The first was to replace a water shutoff valve in my garage and the second was to modify a tub drain line for a bathroom remodel. Jeff and his helper were the one's who completed both jobs. Honest friendly and on top of things. Walked us thru every step of the install.

Danny was Very polite, knowledgeable , explained and analyzed the problem to us. He fixed the faucet right away , then opened up the wall , where the drain leaked, took photos , told us in detail what needed to be done on his return trip. He will comeback with another helper yo install new trap and drain to finish the job. I felt relieved knowing that he will do a good job.

Scheduled on Thursday for Saturday 8-10am. Shows up at 7:35am without a phone call, shirt untucked, arrogantly sauntering to my front door. I wake my partner, he looks at shower with leaking hot water, and then wastes 20 mins asking questions. I explained the problem when he arrived and that we have had it repaired before while he mansplained how intricate and difficult things can be in plumbing. He left at 8am to get parts. When he didn't return by 9:30am I called the company and said we were done. 5 mins later another person from the company calls me and I yelled that for $131.00 an hour was outrageously ridiculous for their lack of professionalism. She wanted to talk but I was done and hung up. BTW got it repaired by someone else for $85.00 with a lesson on how to do it myself next time!

The best customer service that Ive had in years! I called early morning needing a water heater replaced on a friday. The lovely lady on the phone said they were booked until next week then asked me to hold for a minute... she called the owner of the business and he came out personally to do the work. loved it!!!

Our plumbing problem was a nightmare. I called Orchard Plumbing, described my situation and even sent pictures. They could tell this would be an easy fix, and rather than coming out and charging me, they talked me through fixing the problem on my own which saved me with time and money. Will definitely be using them in the future!
