I’ve had several service calls on my a/c and other companies wanted to replace the entire ac unit. Techcool found the leak and saved me a ton of money. My ac unit hasn’t needed a recharge for two years now and is working great. Just had them over to upgrade the thermostat and they showed up within 1 hour. This company is the only one I will trust to work on my house. Highly recommend and very very good prices.

Brandon and Devon came out to fix a serious plumbing issue we were experiencing. They resolved the issue fast and efficiently and we have had no problems since! Extremely pleased with our experience with Total Drain Solution and highly recommend them. 10/10 service, professionalism, and expertise.

Had a plumber come out and fix our flush valve. He did a good job, but left our toilet seat lid all scratched up. Innovative Plumbing was kind enough to give us a call back and remedy the issue. They sent out another plumber the next day to replace our toilet seat lid at no charge. Thanks again Innovative Plumbing!

Remove and replace seals on two toilets leaking from base. R&R a faucet and R&R a water softener.
I think clean up could have a bit better thus the one star ding. I also thought a bit pricey
but have also been told I'm out of the loop.

Doug and his team are top notch!!! We use them for all of our clients. I give this no stars... TOTAL RIPPED ME OFF... Gave me an estimate of 280 dollars and that he would put in the new Fawcett for free.. Providing I put in a new drain.. I asked him a few times what that meant.... WELL, WHAT IT MEANT THAT IF HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME THE 135 DOLLARS TO PUT IN THE NEW FAWCETT, HE WILL CHARGE ME 285 DOLLARS FOR A NEW DRAIN I DIDN'T EVEN NEED......... So the 280 dollars came out to 485 dollars........ I had a whole bunch of other things needed, but just kissed them off..... Then they call me the next day to check and service my furnace.. I asked them what are they talking about.. Said I paid for it.. I asked for the money back, they said no way... They just wanted to rip me off some more trying to tell me I needed work on my service...... Stay away from these creeps...
