I cannot say enough about what a GREAT local plumbing company this is! When our old water heater died one recent Monday morning, I contacted Jason at NPA and he was at our property later the same day. He discussed our options in detail, and provided written quotes for 3 solutions by the end of the day. We decided to upgrade to a tankless gas-fired water heater. Andrew came out the next day and began work to remove the old water heater and install a tankless model in our garage. He expertly ran new water pipes to the new heater and had everything installed in a jiffy. He did a very neat and professional installation and it all works great! We now have instant hot water anywhere in the house.

These guys take obvious pride in their work, and rightly so. They are on-time, efficient, communicative, and they clean up everything after the work is complete. Sure, you might find plumbers around the valley who will do the job cheaper, but to me the workmanship, professionalism, and peace of mind that comes with working with NPA is worth any extra little cost you might pay. Highly recommended!

I had a water spigot on the outside of my house basically explode a few months ago

His work was so perfect in fact, that I didn’t have to have the access hole cut into my house or even have to have my house repainted (which the insurance adjuster told me that I would have to have done!

His work was beyond impeccable and I had him back for more work today

He fixed a leak on my water shut off valve and told me to spray a coil from my wall to my water heater with vinegar and brush off residue with a wire brush

He also told me about the importance of unplugging my water heater when the water is turned off to the house ( no other plumber has been this helpful, honest or thorough)

Beyond being a fantastic and diligent plumber he isn’t odd or creepy (which is a huge relief and a bonus)

I will never hire any other plumber than Zach (he has a life long customer)

This is a revised review from 8/9/16. David called from company wanting to make us happy as a customer. We had a long talk on maybe providing a couple different cost options for easier jobs vs a hard install instead of just a flat cost.My faucet was a lemon (which I purchased) and Precision plumbing came back out at no cost to replace faucet I had purchased. Also each time they came they were on time. They provide excellent customer service. I also meant the two star to be a 3 star in original review I wrote. I am now replacing with a five star review.

Curtis first had to determine the proper tool to remove the faucet stem to get it out of the wall, second had to verify with Newport Brass the correct part number, third had to work with various suppliers to get the correct part in a timely manner. Then install the new faucet stem and check for leaks. Curtis is very professional, knows his trade and works to make sure his customers job is done correctly, and they are satisfied with the job.

I gotta say I'm impressed with Mastermind Mechanical and I've used them for AC maintenance and they always provide top notch service.👍 The team is super knowledgeable and friendly and they really know their stuff when it comes to AC repair in Las Vegas. Had a good experience with this company. It took 2 times to get it working again. Both technicians very knowledgeable and helpful. The first time they fixed the unit and got it up and running however 2 weeks later it the unit was working but there was no air flow,. The second technician found another issue. He got everything back up and running. Both visits fixed the issue so I am grateful 🙏
